Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Petersburg, VA

Dropped off a delivery for a customer during breakfast. I observed people going to breakfast in the morning, so I assume they offer breakfast to customers. I think it's very good a hotel offers breakfast to there customers. Hotel is so clean 😄

Upon checking in, Jasmine was absolutely amazing as the hotel was near capacity and rooms were scarce. However she still was able to accommodate me with a smile and complete personable service. Lavil was also amazing and friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanted to extend my stay and he came through which relieved me of having to find another hotel. Throughout my stay he was very helpful.
Brian, the manager was also extremely helpful and made my stay very comfortable and easy. He was never too busy to try and help when necessary.
Everyone here was absolutely first class.
I would certainly recommend anyone to stay here and I hope I can stay here longer as I need to check out today and hoping to extend my stay once more.

Not exactly the nicest hotel your ever gonna stay at, but it was clean and quiet and had some incredibly nice and helpful staff! Having a wawa across the street is nice too! I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

My stay here on 12/30/23--01/01/24 was very nice! The room was clean,it was comfy,the staff I encountered even Mr Chris was very respectful and warming to to us as well as other guests. There was a slight power outage in certain parts of the building but was handled swiftly! I would definitely recommend this hotel..it also has an indoor pool which we also used! The breakfast was ok,only thing is it would be nice to also offer beef n turkey meat products and not just pork! Again,my stay was very comforting after a 5hr drive! THANK YOU!!!

Customer service was wonderful, the room was clean, housekeepers were friendly. They had good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It was so much fun staying here. My daughter was on the army base at Ft Gregg-Adams graduating and I loved staying here while I attended her graduation and spent time with her.

The rooms are not the most up to date, but always super clean. The front desk staff are the nicest ever!

I stayed here for 2 days. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. I could not hear anything through the walls or windows which was great. Very quiet inside the room.
Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options and coffee/water were available all throughout the day.
I would stay here again. The hotel is dated which is obvious but I think is outweighed by the cleanliness, friendly staff and quiet rooms.

It was clean, breakfast was great. Wifi was fast, the room was spacious, great staff, nice pool. It was overall a good stay. Beds had am ln adequate amount of comfortable pillows. The bathroom could use some updates

Staff was friendly hotel seeme clean great breakfast plenty of room but Friday and Saturday seems like a bunch of high teenagers that's all u smell in the entire hotel

Came in with a busted knee and Mr. Lival placed me right next to the elevator. He was so kind, funny and professional during check-in. I wish everyone in the service industry was like this man. THANK YOU sir for your awesome service!! The room was great, slept like a log and although I missed breakfast, it smelled amazing. Will most definitely look into this chain more when I travel.

Aside from breakfast (that wasn’t good & I had no hot food options) this was an AWESOME stay at an awesome hotel! WOULD definitely stay again! I was a solo traveler & the location made me feel safe. I TRULY appreciated hotel staff, Brian. I informed him of a couple of issues I had with my room and he immediately resolved it. Brian was VERY pleasant and nice from check in to check out. Thank you Brian as this type of hospitality & kindness is RARE and EVEN more so nowadays!

Exceeded our expectations. Probably the best decently priced hotel during our drive along 95. It was pretty clean, which was the most important. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The receptionist Tara was very pleasant and welcoming, great customer service.

Nice place to spend a few nights. Clean, central location so many things around if needed. Heated pool, good breakfast free. Longer stays. Shorter stays, 3 days between room servicing, so just be aware you may have to ask for towels and keep the room up a bit on your own

Great place. My husband and I were extremely tired after a long drive and the lady at the desk was very sweet. This was on the night of 6/5/21. Anyway, we got up early and she was still there and still nice. We got a good little breakfast on the way out. The room was very nice and the pillows were great!!

Looking for relatively inexpensive but also good friendly staff?
Very clean? Great variety of breakfast foods both cold and hot? I highly recommend this hotel in Virginia (near Fort Lee Army Base).

This hotel was wonderful. Their one bedroom suites are very accommodating. The check in process was extremely smooth. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel as well! Will definitely stop here for road trip needs.
