Highly recommend this location. 99% of the time they have exactly what I need when I need it. Today was that 1% and one of the workers, UA is their name went above and beyond for me to make sure I got what I needed. I will continue to use this location and the rest of you should also.

People working there are frighteningly into video games but they seem like a cheerful bunch. They're absolutely willing to help even someone who doesn't know about video games that much.

Awesome selection of Funko-Pop's. I picked Gamer Rick up there. Awesome customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Got my remote traded in for a more updated one, and they even talk me into purchasing a few more games

This employees in here are awesome. I think his name is Carlos and the manager Erika always making conversation about new games. They really care, for their customers. Always available to help out with a problem or tell you that they can't help you after trying. Gamestops should have more employees like this.

It was my first time there, Erika was amazing with helping myself and my granddaughter pick a game 2DS and sat with her to pick games out. Amazing customer service 5 star. Thank you Erika😁! Definitely will go back there.

Polite, kind, friendly. Plus they follow the trade value prices from the GameStop app. Great Price's as well. They have a great manager and employees that will help you with any questions.

Shane is probably the best employee there. He's always professional and never disappoints. Very knowledgeable compared to the other guys that work there.

Gamestop is pretty much rinse and repeat wherever you go, the only thing that sets them aside from one another is the staff and this location has super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even entertain my wife's madness whilst I browse.

The staff was very nice and he explain everything to me what was on sale what I can do to get some discounts from the store games in His name Ken

A store clerk named Shane helped my son a lot while trading in his games and helped him understand how to trade in games (Shane if you're reading this thank you)

Extremely helpful staff checked other stores for an item, found it, and having the store ship it to them for me.
