Super clean room! Every thing looked and smelled brand new.
We had a great view of the water and mountains from our room.
Breakfast was included, those blueberry muffins are excellent 👌
We were able to rent one of their cars which allowed us to see much of haines including 6 bears and a ton of eagles.
The staff is awesome, they picked us up from the fast ferry and also returned us to the ferry the next day.

This is the second time we rented a car from captain's choice. The cars are in great shape Although not brand new, which is not necessary. They do the job, and they travel the roads. The staff is very lovely to deal with.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good although not many bread free options. Great location to walk around town.

Wow, just wow. The view from the room is breathtaking. The bed, linens, and pillows made it feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. The rooms were very clean and comfy! I would recommend 10/10.

Will definitely stay here again when we return. Staff treated us like family. Do not rent vehicles in Juneau and ferry to Haines. Instead rent from Captains Choice.

I was semi-stranded due to restrictions crossing into canada. The owner of captains choice not only hooked me up with a room for cheap but he also gave me some free service for my jeep wrangler. it was a beautiful location. We saw some whales and the restaurants and shops were nice. If I end up driving back through that location I am staying at this place again. Thank you to the people of Captains Choice.

Rented a car from here and it was a great experience! They'll pick you up from the airport and drop you off where you need to go. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Friendliest staff ever! We had a very spacious room with view of the ocean. Breakfast was excellent, many choices. One of the comfiest beds we ever slept in. The motel is located in the heart of Haines, short walking distance to the ocean and visitor center. Can definitely recommend!

Rented a car here for 3 days to drive around area and drive to canada to see beautiful scenery. I believe the owner/manager took care of us!! Great customer service! Very glad I rented from them instead of other options in town. When we come back to see our daughter, will definitely be back because of their wonderful customer service!

Everyone was very friendly! Rooms are unique and clean. After a ferry ride it was much needed. They allow cats and dogs. Would highly recommend!

The view was AMAZING!! I loved waking up to it each morning. Reasonably priced. I had just what I needed without paying for extra I don't need. Room was clean and cozy. Bed was so comfy! I'll be back for sure.

Haines is a small Alaska town with big hearts, great attitudes, and magical surroundings. Keep expectations modest and you'll be pleasantly surprised at every turn in Haines.

Downtown haines, just a few blocks from the harbor. Rooms were good, but maybe not the $180 a night good. But the views of the harbor, and the awesome staff (they found us a jumper cable to help start our motorcycle with a dead battery) more than made up for it. Loved the sun deck

A very nice place to stay. Great view out back and close to downtown. Definitely will consider this place again if I am in town again. Thank you for the nice room.

Didn't stay at motel, but rented car. Staff was friendly and have discount for one week rental, but realize these cars are older with lots of miles. Fine for getting around Haines area.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They upgraded our suite for free, and even got out a bucket loader to help get our vehicle unstuck. Wish I could thank them more

Great place. Obvious staff cares about customer service. Easily the best place in town. I would not consider staying anywhere else.
