I can not speak to the inside of the store, but the service, quality of food, and price were all reasonable. The brownie filled Valentine donuts were great!

They initially goofed on our drink order, but they made it right when pointed out. Friendly and the food was fresh.

Many kinds of Christmas donuts, wish I didn't have to drive 45 mins to buy from them.

The staff is friendly and personable here. They always greet you with smiles, friendly faces, and laughter. Easygoing atmosphere and they are willing to help you if your coffee/tea needs more or less of something.

This location is pretty consistent getting your order correct and making the espresso drinks as strong as they should be. I keep coming back.

The donuts are amazing as usual and the bubbles they have that you can add to iced drinks are awesome. It's my first time trying it with my favorite drink pomegranate refresher with coconut milk. Definitely will get it again!!

Ten stars out of five! These guys have coconut donuts! They weren't the toasted coconut type but that's OK. While the rest of DD has apparently drunk the kool-aid their lawyers are selling about the allergy reactions or whatever logic they used to pull the toasted coconut donuts at virtually all other locations - this store owner kept them!

This Dunkin Donuts was great. This was conveniently located in Salem on the main drag. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed seeing all the sweets and donuts available. There was a good selection and everyone enjoyed their food and drink.

This location is by far the best Dunkin in the valley. The donuts are always fresh tasting and the employs are very nice. Brandon waiter on us this last time and he was very sweet and provided great customer service.

Salem Drive Thru is always busy in early am but line moves very quickly. Staff always pleasant & friendly. My fav Dunkin on the East Coast

Employees are always super friendly, Pretty good bagels at a fair price, and they'll slice your bulk bagel order for you with a smile. Starbucks-worthy lattes, frappes, and even chai tea, are available here for half the price. Dairy alternative milks and lots of flavorings to choose from.

The highest quality doughnuts in Salem, they simply melt in your mouth. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful, they all tend to help recommend flavors as well if you ask or are curious. The restaurant area is exceptionally clean, it's a great place to stop in and do some work as well. The free WiFi is fast and convenient for such

Nice place to get coffee, expect a wait in the mornings. I went for pastries and a smoothie or shake or something else and I had to change it twice because they had issues completing the order since it ran out because if the line earlier in the day.

So many donuts to choose from. Super fresh and even beautiful to look at. I'd show pictures but they barely survived the rest of our vacation journey in the car. Seemed sad to just take a picture of the 'lone' donut. Lol

Energetic friendly staff! I was very appreciative that Dunkin was open on Easter.. besides having awesome peeps Donuts... Even the staff had bunny ears ...it just made it special

MY favorite coffee place. Oh and don't forget the donuts! 😍 I had a chocolate glazed donut with bacon and OMG! Sooo Yummy! And The service is always fantastic!
