Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel

Rooms very clean, housekeepers are on their stuff. Seems like they recently changes owners or something. Someone was obviously spending money on this property and that has changed recently. A girl named Morgan went way out of her way to help us get into a room and make sure it was up to her standards before allowing us to enter that room. Kudos to her, above and beyond. Whole team is really customer focused.

The rooms were incredibly clean the bed was like a marshmallow and the housekeepers even wrote a nice little note for us. I think what I enjoyed the most though was when you first walk in instead of a pot of coffee they have this amazing coffee machine. It has long expresso, lattes,iced and hot. AND I SWEAR, The Salted Caramel and regular caramel and vanilla liquid they have to add into it on the side I mean I have never been so happy with the hotel coffee in my life I must a drink seven or eight and we just stay there for one quick night. On top of it the staff was incredibly nice super accommodating and just overall it was a great experience

Great best western! The hotel was clean and lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Our room was great too no problems there either. They have a little gym with some weights and cardio machines and it’s open till 10, it was nice and clean too but so warm. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, such a good selection.

It is an older hotel... so there is some wear and tear. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is small but there are quite a few options. The fitness center is small but they have weights and a cable machine. I'll stay here next time I'm in town.

I was out there for a church event for the week. 69th Woman's Convention. Everything was great. Fresh new towels daily and was very generous on whatever we needed. Breakfast was great every day. The treadmill was broken, but I got by with the elliptical and bike, I guess. Good Service ✨ 💕

All of the staff here was extremely after a very horrible experience with Amtrak and disability and handicapped abuse going on by them it was refreshing to be received with such hospitality I think all of the staff very much for their kindness in my times of troubles

This hotel is located in my hometown, and I stayed there for 7 nights recently while visiting friends. I was very satisfied with my stay, as the price was great and my room was large and clean, and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. (Note: the room and AC vary, as my brother also stayed here, for 3 nights, and his room was smaller and the AC didn't work too well.) A big plus for me is the fact that breakfast is served until 10 a.m. 7 days a week, which is almost unheard of in hotels these days. Some of the air conditioning units in the hallways didn't seem to be blowing cool air, and the ice machine on the second floor was not working, but I did have a very nice stay here. Oh, and the staff is very friendly, too!

The staff were amazing! Room was clean and breakfast was hot with a decent selection. Used the weight room and it was also clean. Had trouble with some loud neighbors that woke us up a couple of nights and the front desk staff was kind and apologetic. I know they can not control their guests, but they listened and even offered to allow us to change rooms. Overall a great stay and will definitely stay again when in the area!!

Clean rooms with a decent sized mini fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows.

There's also a kohls located almost in the same parking lot, which turned out to be convenient for us!

Great hotel! Our room was updated and very clean. The bathroom was small but very nice. I found the beds to be too firm for my liking but otherwise very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. They had many options including eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Every staff member I met was friendly and cheerful. The guests next to us were incredibly noisy but one quick call to the front desk solved that problem immediately. I would be happy to go back! It was honestly one the best hotels I've stayed at.

We were pleasantly surprised. Decent room, no odors, nice and clean, good breakfast. For what's considered a cheap motel, we would stay here again. 👍

We stayed here for 4 nights a couple of weeks ago. Our room was clean and was cleaned consistently and wonderfully for our entire stay. All the staff we so friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts every morning were spectacular! Loved the biscuits and sausage gravy! I haven't ate biscuits and gravy since my granny made them for me when I was a kid! So delicious! We were greeted every morning by the staff/cleaners with "Good morning! What are you guys doing today? I hope you have a really great day today!" The pool was clean and helped to cool us down after a hot summer day. The only thing that was missing, at this hotel and the Alton area altogether, was electric car chargers. Specifically, Tesla Superchargers. We had to drive to St. Louis and St. Charles to charge our car while we were visiting. Other than that, our stay was outstanding! Thank you!

If you’re looking for clean rooms, a great complimentary breakfast, a nice swimming pool, and so many other things (gym, ice machines, laundry room, etc) this place is it! But the cherry on top really is the staff, always ready to help and super friendly, you’ll feel welcomed for sure! 10/10 would stay there again & recommend it!

I always enjoy staying at this Best Western. Ann is an exceptional Manager and goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay great. All of Ann's staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is yummy with warm and cold choices with a wide array of juices and coffees. The pool and the workout room are nice, clean and inviting.I look forward to my next visit here.

We stayed here two nights and was very comfortable. The lobby was very welcoming and smelled just like Fall. The staff was very helpful. We had a mishap and lost our credit card and they helped us find it. Breakfast was tasty, and the wifi was decent. Comfortable bed and shower.

4/8/21 - This is the second time I have stayed here. I stayed about a year ago and had great service until the world turned upside down and the governor of Illinois locked everything down. Breakfast last year was good, but then became bags of food on lockdown. This year they are still bags of food and you have to order it in advance. It is ok until you get in late and can't order it for the next morning.
Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, no real noise, and it is convenient to the area. The staff are reasonably friendly and no complaints about the place.

Very nice hotel & extremely affordable! The pricing was much lower than any hotel that I have strayed in this year, and I average approximately 75-nights in hotel stays annually.

Although I am a Best Western Elite Member, this is one of the better locations I have stayed in, which includes at least 12 cities this year, especially when considering the value received prler price paid.

The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, contemporary furnished, and offered full amenities.

The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The check in & out process was quick & easy.

Very nice hotel, the staff was extremely accommodating. We we’re in town for a family function and several of our family members stayed here. We are very grateful for the use of the dining area as a private place for us to visit.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Thanks for a nice stay we will be back.

We always book here when we travel to see family in the area. We have our greyhound with us, and the room they give us is on the ground floor, near the exit and very handy. They even provide a doggy poop station on the side of they hotel with poop bags! The price is reasonable, the room is clean. The breakfasts are okay and the coffee is good. Overall, though, good value and we do really like the staff!

I got a great deal on the room. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were all so kind to me and my son. The breakfast was amazing...omg the choices! I only wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back!
