I love going to the dentist! You don't hear that often from anyone, but I really do. The staff and Dr Nico are excellent at what they do. They take the time to explain what is going on and answer any questions. You barely know that they are preforming a procedure, except from the noise of the machine. I can honestly say I look forward to going to my dentist, I feel very comfortable with the wonderful team!!

I highly recommend United Orthopedics for your ortho needs. The staff is amazing as well as the Dr. They are respectful, kind, & understanding. They are personal & make you feel comfortable being there. Their prices are reasonable as well. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The people at the front desk (Stephanie and Breana) are amazing and sweet and they are so patient with you. The doctors are nice and talk through everything with you and they are gentle. Overall just great people and the services get done pretty quickly and accurately.

I had a root canal done today 1/10/2024 by Dr.Nico and he was wonderful! I felt no pain at all and he has a great bedside manner. I have seen other dentist at this office and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Great Dentist office and I would recommend to everyone.

More honest than any dentist I've been to. I moved to Northern Virginia last year and was told by two dentists there that I needed to replace the old bridge with an root canal treatment because I had an infection inside. And they offrered me a new bridge with cost a lot. After that, I remembered United smiles dental was giving me reasonable price so I drove 2 hours to visit this clinic again. The dentist here said I do not need a new bridge after root canal treatment. If he wanted to make more money, he wouldn't have done that. What a nice dental!

Dr. Amer is awesome! Very personable, makes you feel as though he really cares! During every visit I always feel at ease! He answers all questions & explains everything until you understand. The staff is awesome as well! My teeth look fantastic after my braces were removed! I am extremely excited to start the summer braces free with a wonderful smile! Thanks United Smiles!

The entire staff from the front desk to the doctor provided excellent customer service! I felt welcomed and comforted! Dr. Varkey, makes sure you are pain free and very gentle. Mrs. Sonya, provides the same awesome service! The front office is professional, they know who you are and knowledgeable of your insurance. I have recommended family and friends and will be coming here for my family dental needs!

I got a root canal done by Dr. Karia & she was so great! I normally get nervous when it comes to getting numb but Dr. Karia made sure I was comfortable. Never have I ever experienced a smooth, painless process. The root canal was done flawlessly and I feel so much better! Thank you Dr. Karia and staff for taking such great care of me!

Dr. Amir and staff have been great from the time my braces were placed, all the way up to removal. Dr. Varkey did an excellent extraction as well. I've even had my daughter serviced here before. Great family office!

All the staff are really friendly, was seen promptly, staff was really good at explaining everything and answering questions and overall made the experience of going to a dentist as smooth and stress-free as possible; will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!

Took my 3 year old for his first dental check up and cleaning last week. I was really worried if he would sit in the chair and/or cry. Dr. Karia and her staff were very gentle and kept talking to my son throughout the procedure. The visit concluded with a trauma free child and a very relieved dad. Highly recommend them for kids.

Dr Richardson is the best! I have had some dental challenges that are very anxiety provoking and he always takes good care of me. I have since referred two other friends to him. He always provides multiple options for my care plan and never pressures me. The office staff always explains everything thoroughly and is very professional and friendly.
