Love this facility and team. So helpful and supportive. Barber shop team is a class crew. Excellent cutters here! I get a haircut about every two weeks, and today was my day. Very happy with the results. Classy team in this facility!

Attention! Present, Arms! Order, Arms! This is a First Class Exchange that I love visiting this facility. The staff is always on point and it's good to be in the presence of America's First Class Recruits. The young men and women were young and eager to showcase their skills. We bought the best homemade dreamcatcher and book written by Judith Howell. My teenager read the first two pages and said she would ready it. The exchange could use some additional staffing and cashier the weekends are very busy and staffed for the number of people. The same goes for the seating and food service.
We drive almost 2 hours twice or more a month to spend the day. Any day that you have the exchange and bowling alley are all this base offers on a Sunday for a newbie a month in. The most basic training base. Maybe the goal is not to make money on because you would think more pop-up shops on weekends. Woman's salon. Another barber, What service member doesn't want their back adjusted or feet rubbed. There are many services our young service members could utilize and appreciate to spend their money on.

I feel so safe when I go and the prices are great

This is definitely one of the better Military Exchanges I have been to in a long time (10 years active duty). The staff are all very approachable, and the inventory was very well stocked. The outdoors and camping areas in general were extraordinarily well-organized. I appreciate a clean facility anywhere I go, and this exchange set a high standard. It smelled great from the moment I walked in, and the lighting was not an issue throughout the store. All of the refrigerators were working when I was looking for my favorite Red Bull, and the cashier was nice enough to recommend an off post restaurant when I mentioned I was in the mood for pizza. I greatly appreciate going to a place of business that you can tell the management took time to consider their customers feelings, and this exchange was just that. You can tell there is a culture of customer care at Fort Lee Main Exchange. Keep up the good work!

Great store great staff. Lots of demand by troops and they do a great job supplying the shelves but run out quick on weekends. I suggest going during the week and maybe even finding out when they get there truck in for best chance of getting sought-after items!

Awesome quick service with a smile.

I went to Subway and got a fresh Tuna Salad Bowl and it was delicious.....the staff was friendly , smiling and even gave me extra packet of dressing. Starbucks is there too and always makes great coffee drinks!

Good customer service experience

The Px was fantastic. But please for the love of god, I'm begging you, just hear me out. Don't eat at subway, I ate there Sunday and became extremely ill. Woke up Monday for PT puking my brains out with chills all over my neck and back. Still did pt almost collapsed. I'm writing this to warn my brothers in arms.

Took my grandson to the barbershop. Barber did an outstanding job. I can't remember his name, but I went the morning of 22 Feb 20 and there was 2 female barbers and one male barber and he cut my grandson's hair.

I go too the Fort Lee Main exchange often.

I went in for a a spur of the moment perm. Wanted something in-between curly hair and body waves and Jasmine delivered!! Everyone that was there was friendly and professional. Def recommend.

Good customer service, and if you go in during a busy time when the trainees are there then the staff will make the effort to help you out first.

I've been able to shop the post exchange for many years, but other veterans couldn't unless they are retired or 100 % disabled . Just recently in the past few month's Fort Lee's commanding officer announced that the post exchange would price match any printed or digital sale add as well as accept coupons. At that time I advised the troops to grab the Sunday sales papers and head on over to the post exchange, because many of them don't have transportation to shop off post, hoo rah ! Now DOD has begun pilot programs to allow all honorable discharged veterans base access to all entertainment venues,on military base's shopping and activities...Way to go DOD! It's freaking about time , OORAH TROOPS !!!
