Got this cute wallet. Customer service lady was very very nice. I went there today and I got some things that were on sale that I needed for the house so that's good news. I don't go here often but I usually get great deals and good customer service and to me that is a plus. I'm definitely going to recommend this Burlington to others whether you're traveling through or you live locally stop on by and get a good deal

Really great prices, lots of affordable clothing and decorative furniture,, pictures, mirrors, bedding. I recommend you check it out for yourself you will be pleasantly surprised ☺

The colonial heights location has changed. They have larger dressing rooms and a nice selection for the entire family. The prices are very affordable and you can find nice home accessories as well. They are open much longer than the other stores in the location. They now close at 10pm. If you come in February 11th they are celebrating their 3rd year anniversary! Drinks and snacks will be served.

You cannot go wrong with Burlington coat factory obviously you will have a place to park when you go into the store it's nice and bright and when you look around you may want to hold on to your wallet because you will spend money on everything. I love shopping in the section that has the kitchenary the perfumes the pictures little things like that. the clothes are great as well you just have to find something that you love overall I love my experience and so will you

I'd like to start with the outside of the building. The building and signage is in very good repair and intact. The parking lot was clean with ample parking spaces to include accessible parking. The front of the stores sidewalk area was "swept", nice, clean and without debris. The entrance was clear and clean, with "now hiring" signage. The store had a number of baskets/shopping carts available for use. The store was well organized, neat and clean. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would have given it an 8. There was about 50 consumers. There were some areas in the back of the store that were partitioned.I don't recall seeing staff on the floor. I do remember the checkout line being shorter than I've seen prior. I waited in line about 2-3 minutes. When I checked out, the cashier was very pleasant. She greeted me and asked how I wanted my items bagged. She Offered to sign me up for rewards, I declined. Upon leaving, I explained I parked my car a few stores downand that I needed to walk to get my car. I said i had to leave my packages until I retrieved my car. She said she would wait by my shipping cart. I drove up and she was outside waiting for me with my bags. I screamed, and the best customer service award guys to.. that was above beyond awesome customer service. I was overwhelmed at the awesome customer service her name was Sharee. I think that she should be recognized for that and I just wanted to say ultimately that I had a really great experience at the Colonial Heights Burlington Coat Factory on Memorial Day weekend

I love shopping at Burlington. Stuff is all out of place a lot of times. But that's not necessarily their fault.

My wife loves this place. I have no choice 😂. They do have what we are looking for at low prices. That's fair enough. The only bad thing that I can say is the place always looks run over.

I am a frequent shopper here. You can always find great deals not only for adults but children as well. The lines are sometime long but the cashiers work hard to keep it down to a minimum. The store is always clean and the associates are polite and knowledgeable.

Was heading to lowe's to buy patio cushions, decided to run by Burlington and found a whole set of 4 plus cushion for love set. The cost was 2 times cheaper than lowe's. Always check out Burlington first..

This store is really nice. Well organized and clean. I always find what I am looking for and more. The employees are helpful. I very highly recommend it.

Friendly staff. Low prices. Love seeing the deals.
Advice. If you are looking through the girls clothes. They sizes are out of order. But that's because of customers.
If you are looking for plus woman sizes. Not many options. And majority of the clothes look like office wear.

I always enjoy shopping at Burlington, because they have something for everyone. I especially enjoy shopping for household items, like curtains, blankets, pots and pans,etc. This time I was shopping for a baby shower and I found some nice things. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Real nice prices. They've been having some incredible sales which just sweeten the pot. Don't expect exceptional service but still recommend for a bargain
