Food Lion

Been going to Food Lion for 18 years. They are always clean, well stocked with a good selection and with my MVP card I can save a lot on the items I use, plus the employees are always friendly. My only complaint is their steaks are expensive and low quality but I've tried other supermarkets like Publix and Kroger etc. and their steaks are no better.

Good selection... but pricey as other grocers. Check out wait time was reasonable.

Great customer service nice neat clean store

They are very clean, quick and helpful. I came in a little late running in from work before running home to my children and they didn't give me the death stare for coming in right before close and I was in and out. They were still very helpful and polite.

They have recently started unloading carts for customers which is nice. Unlike another customer I seldom have bagging issues and have noticed managers training checkout staff in detail on this in the last month or so. Also they recently rearranged the gluten free items back to special sections which makes them much easier to find!

Clean and staff has a wonderful attitude. Good selection and prices. Have shopped regularly for over 10 years.

Great people, they go beyond what is needed to help you. A customer entered the store without a mask on, he was told to leave and get a mask on... bravo!!!! I love this Food Lion for making sure that everyone is safe. There is a closer Food Lion near me but I'm going to go out of my way to shop here.

Store clean and check is fast. Also, each receipt has a survey code. I did survey and won $500 gift card.

Great MVP sales every week. Lots of good produce. Store stays stocked. Nice cashier's. Willing to always help you find items.

Ordered a Birthday cake from the bakery very last minute (thought I’d be able to find a cake...easy... just wanted a chocolate frosted cake with something to look like dirt on top, nothing written, regular rectangular kids Bday cake) I had the construction themed decorations to put on top of it and a little happy 4th birthday sign that I would put on myself. Couldn’t find a plain chocolate cake anywhere (didn’t care about cake flavor at that point) until I came to this food lion bakery. The two ladies were quick to help me, I ordered a rainbow cake, chocolate icing, yellow boarder, and chocolate cake crumbs on top and when I got the cake... absolutely perfect, even better than I had planned, tasted amazing, thank you for all your suggestions and help Miss bakery lady. Kids LOVED it. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!!!

I was totally impressed from when I first walked in. Very clean and fully stocked. Larger variety than most. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely travel the extra 10 miles to shop here.

Newly renovated store - looks nice but they moved all my stuff lol! I think the new layout is practical, I just have to get used to it. Good variety, some prices a little too high, but rarely do I need to wait to check out.

This Food Lion location is always clean and cluttered free in aisles. Easy to find what you are looking for and if you need help the associates are happy to assist without feeling like your bothering them.

Definitely clean and seems like it's getting back to normal in there, for the most part. Still some empty spaces here and there but a lot better than some of the other grocery stores I've been to over the past few months

I was there on New Year Eve Day and it was busy. The deli has suck friendly and fast service. All the checkout lanes were open. Thanks Foodlion.

Very friendly staff. Well stocked. Had a little problem with some Haagen-Dazs ice cream I had bought. Had gotten home, went to have some that evening & it looked like it had been thawed & then refrozen. Another Food Lion in the area had the same issue with the Haagen-Dazs. I wound up having to return the ice cream two different times. The other Food Lion representative questioned me like I had left it out & refrozen it. I had to explain more than once, then another representative took care of it. That store was a bit of a hassle & I didn't like being made to feel that I was trying to get over on them.

Clean easy to find great customer service all around a great place to shop with incredible deals and prices. I left with a cart full for only 150$ and they helped load my groceries in my car.

This is the best Food Lion I've ventured to in the whole tri-city area very clean,neat and everything is stocked perfect it kinda makes you want to buy things you wouldn't normally buy........THAT GOOD!!!

It was nice and comfortable and clean and I enjoyed shopping there

My favorite store. Have everything I need. Have special sales and discounts with my Food Lion Card.
