Colonial Chem-Dry

We had a huge job including a basement with a rug full of stains and a couch with a dirt ring around it from our dog. Joe did the whole job in about 4.5 hours and got up all the spots and the couch looks like new. All the rugs look new as well and the house smells great (which is saying a lot when you have 4 boys and a dog). Thank you!

Joe did a great job. My cats had thrown up on my cream colored carpets. I tried unsuccessfully to clean them but they were stubborn stains. Joe sprayed some stain remover after vacuuming, and then used his hand held machine. And Voila-gone! He also said that club soda is a good product to use as well for quick accidents. Colonial Chem-dry was responsive and did the job. I’ll be calling them again.

Betty at Colonial Chem-Dry responded quickly with many options for available appointments within the same week. She ran through the process, expectations and pricing and booked it all through email, which I find very convenient!

Phil L. called me about 10 minutes before arriving, which I appreciated so I could listen for the doorbell. He assessed my two area rugs and two upholstered chairs and took the time to explain the difference between cleaning on-site vs. sending the rugs away for cleaning. Phil explained the costs associated with each option including optional add-on services such as an anti-microbial and deodorizing treatment. He was mindful of wiping his shoes as he entered the house with his own cloth, not tracking wet spots on the hardwoods as it rained all morning.

Phil was quick and efficient, and the chairs that I thought were done for cleaned up really well! He whistles while he works and has an overall cheery attitude. The next time I book, I would ask for him specifically!

Joe was great! He was was extremely personable and very thorough. Our carpets look amazing! Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them. Not the cheapest but we chose Colonial Chem-Dry based on their claims that it’s healthier, reduces allergens and the cleaning solution is all natural.

excellent experience with Colonial Chem Dry, cleaning some very stained furniture that I got for free. They were super professional, arrived on time, explained what they could and could not achieve with the pieces I had. The sofa and loveseat came out great and are in my family room, no one would ever know how they looked originally. Then they actually called me to follow up on everything and to make sure my needs were met. Exceptional service. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted on line and was immediately responded to. Appointment set up for the very week I phoned. My tech, Phil, was efficient and thorough! My couch hadn't been deep cleaned in the 7 years since I purchased it. It was dominated by my little dog, who recently passed. What an awesome job Phil did - my couch looks brand new, as does the matching recliner he also treated! So very pleased with the outcome and reasonable cost!! Highly recommend.

I am so happy I chose Colonial Chem-Dry! Our rugs were in pretty bad shape and after Phil Lambert did his wonderful work, they came out so much better. Phil was so professional and informative about the process of cleaning rugs. I love that water was not involved with cleaning. The rugs were to go a couple of hours after being cleaned.

My entire experience from start to finish was exceptional! I filled out an online request for a quote on Sunday night and my carpets were cleaned by Tuesday afternoon. Betty D. was superb! She Was very efficient at explaining the entire process, the different options for carpet cleaning, and her customer service was excellent. The technicians called to let me know they were 20 minutes out and arrived on time. Phil Lambert and team were extremely professional and very very knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process showing me stains in my carpet that were not visible to the eye and explained what processes could be used to remove them. They then provided me a quote for four different levels of cleaning, all were quite affordable! I chose the Deodorize option and my carpets look brand new! All of the stains have come out and my carpet now smells nice and fresh. I would highly recommend Colonial Dry-Chem for all your carpet and upholstery needs. They also do curtains, tile and grout, hardwood floors and granite. You will not be disappointed in choosing them for your needs!

They cleaned my inherited oriental carpet with expert care and at a reasonable price. The pick up and delivery gentlemen were on time and knowledgeable. The office staff were pleasant and professional. Very pleased!

Leo went above and beyond as always. We personally requested him and wait the extra two weeks to have him be the professional to clean our carpets. He's very professional and careful when working, takes time to explain everything before and after. Hands down best experience start to finish.

I really appreciate Phil's professionalism and expertise. He advised me on what to clean and explained thoroughly why my sofa was not a good candidate to be cleaned. The chairs and rug he was able to clean came out even better than I had hoped.

What a great experience! Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The cleaning products used brought my 20 year old tile to looking brand new.

Phil was an outstanding tech. He was pleasant and professional. He called to say he was on his way. The time frame was 10-noon and he showed up promptly at 10:00am.

He went over the different options the company offered and did not pressure me or try to up-sell me.

He worked about two and a half hours, carefully moving fragile items out of the way and putting foot protectors under the heavier pieces of furniture. When he moved the sofa we found that our cat had vomited at some point. No noticeable stain (thank you Phil!)

My carpet looks and smells great, as do my sofa and armchairs. Having a cat and family with allergies, it’s great to have a noticeably cleaner-smelling home. Would highly recommend!

We recently had our light grey rug in our family room cleaned by Colonial Chem Dry. Cam came to our house that morning with great enthusiasm, kindness, and friendliness. Phil called just prior to him arriving on time. Phil explained the process and proceeded.
He placed a waterproof tarp over my new carpet and placed the chairs and recliner on them when cleaning. Chairs are dry and look new after being cleaned. There were several stains on my lazyboy recliner and as of now they all came out. I will be using Colonial Chem-Dry in the future when my carpets or upholstery needs cleaning. Excellent job

I've just had Colonial ChemDry out to my home yesterday to clean our family room carpet. Leo D has been out here several times to clean carpets for us and he did an amazing job once again. He's very personable and it helps having someone you are comfortable with make return visits. The carpets come out very clean and the cost is very reasonable (I'd suggest adding the deodorizer in too, the scent it leaves in the room is wonderful). I've also had a large area rug taken out for them to clean. It was returned fairly quickly and the same standard of cleaning applied, so I was quite pleased about that. Very happy to highly recommend Colonial ChemDry for all carpet services. I plan to have them in as often as I need to.
