Best Western Radford Inn

The overall appearance of the hotel was extremely satisfying. The lobby area was clean and maintained and you were greeted with a smile and friendly face. Our room was very comfortable to stay in with no complaints. It was a very enjoyable stay and when we return for another visit we will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located in a smaller community located off the main highway, but is well worth the few minutes it takes to drive there. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Whereas, it serves an excellent hot breakfast with fresh fruits, it doesn't offer evening meals. As an alternative, the hotel has copies of local eateries that also deliver to your room. For ourselves, we ordered in a pizza and it was excellent. The room was newly furnished and the bed was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will return on our next trip in that area. It offers excellent value for your money.

The BEST best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Cozy room with everything I needed for business trip. Great price and a solid location. Staff was pretty friendly too. Only downside is the COFFEE: not sure how long it had been since the pot was brewed when I drank from the pot at 7:30AM....

Our room was newly updated, very clean and comfortable. There seem to be improvements going on throughout. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Will be back.

This hotel is old-school, but in a very good way. There is still a large pool, a hot-tub, and a baby pool. I can't speak for the sauna, as it was locked, but I'd have loved to have tried it.

I'm over 50, and I was the youngest by far in the hallway. That's actually a very good thing, as it was quiet and peaceful overnight.

The Best Western Inn on Tyler Avenue is great. The parking area and the Inn itself are very clean and well maintained. They have two banquet rooms that are great. The pool area is clean and well-stocked with towels. There's also a hot tub and a kiddie pool in the pool area. The staff on hand is friendly and helpful.

OK, take my review with a huge grain of salt because I usually stay in roach motels (my last one had a urine-soaked bedsheet that was so stinky I had to leave), so this place is downright palatial for a broke-ass redneck like me (got a huge discount thanks to my step dad). Huge room with a king bed, nice location, clean (though it was clearly a "smoking" room in an earlier era), perfect shower water pressure, and with plenty of amenities. The front desk staff member was new and discombobulated, but I'm just so happy to not be in an Extended Stay America (=the aforementioned pee pee motel) that I'm giving this place five stars. I just checked in and so haven't even tried out their breakfast yet, but just the fact that they supposedly have biscuits, gravy, and waffles on the menu makes me happy. Best Western is clearly a cut above Extended Stay America, Motel 6, and Super 8 (my usual options as they are the cheapest).

The Best Western in my opinion is a five star hotel. The staff is pleasant, the amenities are all you need (WiFi +) breakfast included, indoor pool, an impressive shower with easy access (walk-in) and reasonable rates. There is a verity of eateries in the area, which by the way is beautiful. We enjoyed
our stay and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a satisfied stay while traveling.

The front desk was totally awesome - so nice and helpful! The rooms were clean. Nothing special but comfortable. The smell of alcohol has apparently been cleaned up as there were no odd smells today

The receptionist, Patricia, was extremely helpful. I had made the reservation earlier in the week but on the day before we were supposed to arrival I canceled the reservation as I thought we would have to cancel our trip. Then, a couple of hours later i found that we could still go so I called the hotel and spoke to Patricia and explained all of this to her. She fixed everything back the way it was. She was there when I checked in and could not have been more helpful. Great Best Western.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, not to mention the best rates in this area for a high quality hotel! Only suggestion would be to allow 24 hour access to the pool and hot tub for adults, as some of us have different schedules but would still like to enjoy those amenities.

Nicely remodeled rooms with modern furniture. Clean and comfortable. Very decent breakfast. Good sized mini-fridge and a microwave, iron w/full size board, coffee maker w/nice selection of coffee & tea, hairdryer, HDTV, fast wi-fi, flexible reading lights above headboard, USB charging ports. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Was extremely pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very good value for the money.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here and the service was second to none. We will definitely make this particular hotel our home base the next time we are in town. Teresa and Crystal at the front desk made sure every detail was perfectly taken care of.

Tour of Breakfast Area which is closed until 6AM, Buisness Center with 2 Computers, Swimming pool which is closed until 9AM, Elevators going up & down, & go up to 2nd Floor, & Room 214, They have Beds, Bathroom which is Sink, Toilet which is flushing the toilet, my Computer, & Hardee's Unlocked, & That's All of the Hotel tour of Best Western in Radford, VA at 3:10 AM!

We had a great stay!! Pool was fun and open long enough we could fit it in during our busy weekend. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Wonderful hospitality here! We stayed here after car trouble with my Dad's '33 hot rod. The owner Keith made us feel at home and even gave us some shop towels to clean up after making repairs. Clean rooms and great hot breakfast.

I work at the hospital that is near this BW. During a recent snowstorm, I needed a warm place to stay between shifts. The room I had was warm and comfortable. It was so quiet, I would have thought I had the place to myself. The room and public areas were immaculate.

Best Western in Radford has been great! We spend a few nights over the weekend to visit some friends and attend an important meeting. It just right for us. The service was great and the rooms were perfect for a quick trip!

Me and my husband stayed here one weekend as a little 'staycation' and we had a blast! Clean room. Very friendly staff. And close to everything! We WILL be back!

It nice with hit tub indoor heated pool an free breakfast. The cafe in the hotel has a small menu but is really good, an homemade desserts.
