Highly recommend this Auto Parts Store. The Store Associates are Fantastic and really take the time to discuss the issues with you. After dealing with another parts store that didn't even have time to talk with me ( I was the only one in the store) O'Reilly's is now my go to Parts Store. Thank you for such fantastic customer service!

Like this store because of there knowledge and solution savvy. I was able to get a price match which saved me from going to Advance for the same part at a lower cost. On the steering stabilizer they made sure all the parts were correct. The bolting nut was the wrong thread, metric, vs sae and made sure I had the correct nut before leaving. The people have a great customer oriented attitude!

Great customer service, and great prices on parts.

The staff was extremely helpful. And they diagnosed problem, and installed new battery on site for me! Gave tech 8.00 tip! Took only 15 min! Definitely will be back!

I stopped by a few years ago and bought a part for my car. I have been a mechanic for over 45 years and most of them were young and some were women. I was skeptical. After talking with them and purchasing my part, I went away very positively impressed. I now go there first when I need something. Usually they have two to three parts for me to pick from (various price ranges) and I pick what I want. Today, I still go there and the professionalism is the same. I would tell anyone to buy there.

Went to 4 auto parts stores for my gas cap 1 of them o Riley as well in New Richmond. They had sold wrong one every time. Rice lake took 2 mins and bam correct one you guys rock!!

Great speed part selection

We were 2 hours from home and had 1 hour to go when we noticed a headlight out. It was already dark when we pulled into the Rice Lake, WI O’Rielly store for a replacement bulb. Our plan was to quickly replace the bulb in the parking lot and get on our way. After 10 minutes of work and an arm full of scrapes, it was clear that the bulb was not coming out without removing the battery and the battery not coming out without removing a structural brace. We had no tools for job like that.

A huge thank you to Cody and his partner Stephen at your Rice Lake, WI O’Rielly store. They went totally above and beyond in service and support. Cody loaned us the tools and actually came out to help us with the project. Thank you again Cody and thank you O’Rielly!!
