Walmart Supercenter

Stopped her to buy some beer and found out they have a separate liquor store. It was really nice. Shelves were stocked, and there were lots of different kinds of beers. Liquor, wine, and mixer. The staff is really friendly and helpful in both stores. Everything is priced reasonably.
Now, today, I came here to pick up some groceries, and I have to say the regular Walmart, very disappointed, unorganized no one their to help.

It was a pick up today and my phone is generic so I went to the door. Cool people sit in their cars and have the app...not me. The staff was really cool and got my items right away and I owe that guy some venison.

With its improvements on staff creating a better experience for us, and things getting back on track, I have to. Otherwise just food service area needs help and maintenance, the conditions of what they use needs repairs.

The store was very busy. Could hardly get in the aisles, but I'm not complaining it was great to see people at a store that enjoyed shopping. The checkout line was around the corner going down into the side of apparel, but with that being said, the cashiers were doing an amazing job of getting us through so quickly. I really enjoyed shopping at this store.

I was going to a different story mainly but I had a couple of pictures that I had to develop so I stop here. I uploaded them and chose my size and waited the hour that was necessary. After I came back they could not find my pictures initially and it just fit into my day. The upside of it was the gentleman that helped me was very very helpful and apologetic. It's nice to know that there are still people like that out there working. My hat's off to him it made a bad day actually pretty good.

I love my Walmart, BUT, it's very annoying shopping in there when the store is busy! The reason why is the employees shopping for on line grocery orders are ALL over the place clogging up the lanes with them big carts. Also, I went to grab a head of cabbage and there was only 1 left. She snagged it right out in front of me. The in store shopper's should come first!! It angered me.

Auto department is awesome. The service man came out as we thought our tire was bad and he pointed out the tire on our trailer not our truck. Very helpful and thankful for him.

Thank you tire center for saving the day! They fixed a fat tire in record time on Saturday July 1at the Rice Lake Wi store so we could pick up our family at the Minneapolis airport… only a hour late! kudos to you peeps ! Thanks Zach and the rest of the guys

My car had a horrible vibration in my steering wheel, and it felt like I was getting a flat or a tire was going to fall off my car, I desperately needed to have my tires balanced. I was on my way home, 300 miles away. I was only in the area for my mother's funeral and had to get home to be to work the next day.
I went into the Auto section of a Walmart store in Rice Lake, WI and asked to have my tires balanced and rotated. I was greeted when I came in. The service manager at the desk attended to me. He was able to get my car in quickly and my tires were rotated and balanced in no time at all. I was also able to get them to put a new set of windshield wipers on too. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made me feel welcomed. My service was quick and complete, it took care of the vibration, and my drive was smooth again!
I am so thankful that Walmart locations are everywhere, their techs are knowledgeable, and they provide the auto services they do. I can't thank everyone in the Rice Lake, WI store enough for getting me back on the road safely again, to get home!!

My Amish friend is a brand new dad. Ran in to get pampers and Similac For baby girl. Asked about Similac was told if you can't find it on the shelves we don't have it. Ditto on the diapers. Could use some customer service. Help him. But one girl did tell him where to find baby section

Grocery pick up was fast, friendly, and efficient. Thank you so much for having this service. Thank you for keeping it free during these times of supply chain issues some higher prices.
Some items are out of stock, but if you come back a week later they will have them again.

I really I really enjoy Walmart because I'm finding it cheaper than Dollar General for your disinfectant sprays wipes shampoos just finding everything that I need and that's really nice I have because trying to find things at Dollar General you can I really really like Walmart and great store to find everything that you're looking for and people are really friendly

This is a nice clean facility. I buy a few groceries here ever since Aldi has supply chain outages almost everytime I stop in. I have found this store to be very competitive on the majority of those items with equal quality.

Busy and everyone helpful.
No in the pharmacy went above and beyond.
Extra registers were opened up WITH cashiers.
This is vital because my hands do not work well and self
-checking is nearly impossible.

The cashier called for assistance 3 times and no one came to help me get my items out into my car.

I had to leave the handicap cart out in the cold and that is not good.

Shout out to the nice young man named Aaron who was doing returns today 12/18/2020 at this Walmart. My boyfriend's grandmother and I were looking for gifts for my boyfriend's daughter and we asked a couple very rude and extremely unhelpful associates for assistance and got nothing. Aaron just happened to overhear how we couldn't find what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to help us. He checked inventory and the back room. When he found out they were out of stock, he found out when they would be delivered and then walked across the store with us to help us find something similar. After that, he found a similar product and tracked us down in the store to offer it to us! And we bought it. He treated us like we were the most special people in that store and went above and beyond our expectations. Aaron, you are the best. Thank you so much with your help today! You deserve a raise and all the praise!

Love just wish we didn't have to use the self check-out every time.
And now we have to do some of our "bargain shopping" at other stores because I can't find it at Walmart stuff is always out of stock when I go these days and it doesn't matter what time of day it is
