AT&T Store

Went to AT&T in Rice Lake, WI, recently and was helped by Amber in purchasing a new IPhone. Amber is great! He helped with everything that I asked of him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he promotes to assistant manager soon! He went out of his way to help. Very informative. I walked away with the knowledge I needed re: costs, etc.

I was getting a new phone for my 13 yr old. We came a day before her birthday and purchased the phone and accessories. Absolutely zero wait time Amber was at the door waiting for us. Gave me an AARP discount to waive the $35 activation fee. He found the last iPhone 13 they had. And in barely 30 minutes we were on our way. When we were home my daughter tried and failed to set up the phone herself. We went back then next evening. Amber was there again. Even tho he was busy with another customer, he was still able to help us set up her phone and be on our way in about 20 minutes. We are beyond happy and we got a brand new iPhone added to our account with 3 other iPhones for a mere $6 per month!!

The assistant manager went above and beyond, staying almost two hours past the end of her shift. She was very patient with us and my kids. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My husband and I definitely recommend going to the Rice Lake AT&T store!

Heather, Cory and Kyle were absolutely awesome!! We went in Sunday July 29 and were there for 6 1/2 hrs. Heather was so patient helping another couple. I would have lost my patience long ago. She was very helpful and wonderful to us. Got our new phones. We had to go back on Monday to replace screen protector and exchange my phone because I didn't like it. No problem at all! I recommend the store to anyone!!

I can't explain how Cory and his staff seriously helped me with such a mess of a situation. We ported our numbers over from Verizon to AT&T of 4 lines of a consumer account to a business account. I thought for sure we would be there for hours on end. Nope, not the case. Cory and his team got all 4 lines ported over and all new phones completely transferred and set up within a 2 hour period. I am so appreciative of everything they did for us and the discounts they got us. SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!

Very helpful service. We had a damaged phone that wasn't insured and they advised us of a local shop that could give us an estimate on repair instead of just trying to sell us a new phone. They also have great advice on plans and new phones.

One of the best people we've ever dealt with!!!! Cory, Heather, and Kyle are the best employees here and were the friendliest people here! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Amazing service and I definitely recommend to anyone!!

Super nice and helpful. Even though there was multiple problems on my end the lady who helped me was competent and patient with me. 5/5 will likely be going back relatively soon

Great furniture prices, plus for a small fee they hall unwanted items. They have been excellent suppliers of furnishings in this area .

Great customer service, Cory was great to work with. He helped with accessory purchases and found us the best deal possible.

Cory greeted me as I came into the store. He proceeded to answer all my questions and helped me with my phone and tablet. He even explained features on them both that I didn't even know about! I left Verizon and went to AT&T. Everyone I have talked to or met at the Rice Lake AT&T has been beyond amazing! They have been completely transparent with no surprise “charges” like Verizon always had. My bill is cheaper with 4 lines vs 3 lines (2 of the lines at Verizon were just basic phones-no data), now all four have data included. They’re first responder discount is awesome, I get 25% off each line at AT&T vs $10 off just my line at Verizon. I was just there again yesterday to add another line and get some accessories. Megan and Cory helped me yesterday. They truly help and don’t give a line of BS just to sell an item. The accessories are way cheaper at AT&T but yet Verizon has the same things and charges a ton more! I cannot say enough wonderful things, the transparency, the kindness, honesty, and just true genuine customer service I have received at AT&T. Verizon always made me feel like a number, but at AT&T, they remember me and do their very best to help answer any questions I may have. I’m definitely impressed with Rice Lake AT&T! They are a great and honest group of people to help their customers the best they can. Also, my service coverage better with AT&T than Verizon. I don’t cut out or lose service near as frequent as I did with Verizon.
