I have been doing business with Link Ford in Rice Lake for some time. I just traded in. Bob my salesman did a great job and the entire staff at Links waa great. I have used the service department many times in the past. They put a lift and tires on my last truck. Their service department keeps busy but they do their best to be accomodating. I have been very happy with the enire staff at Link Ford of Rice Lake.

Brakes started to go, they did inspection and were able to get them fixed same day. Much appreciated and everything runs smoothly.

I dealt mostly with a gentleman named Jason in the online department. He was FANTASTIC. I also dealt with a couple other gentleman but I have to say my favorite to work with was Jason. He listened to my needs and took wonderful care of me. I was in a tight spot with having negative equity on my trade in and they were still able to figure out a way to help me out of my high mileage Chevy Cruze and into a low mileage Toyota Corolla that has been a dream (for the 3 days I have had it). Jason called me to let me know when he was leaving work and let me know that someone else was on it and that I would be hearing from them soon. Which completely amazed me because I had never had someone call me like that from a dealership. The car was detailed and looked amazing when I came to get it. Overall I am very happy with my experience so far.

Our F-350 DRW diesel has a very quiet cabin. Also, for such a heavy duty truck, the ride is well mannered. With this in mind, we reminisced about the F-350 SRW we bought back in 1995. The ride was rough and the cabin was noisy. In reading and watching video's, we were not really expecting the excellent ride and quietness that we have with this new vehicle. Kudo's to Ford. Well done. We now have a monster truck that will do the job of everything we need done around our home and out on the road when we need to go somewhere and do whatever.
