Happy Body

I recently participated in a workshop at Happy Body (my first!) and it was a wonderful experience! Whitney is an excellent facilitator- she created a warm, welcoming environment in which to be creative and introspective. The prompts/meditations offered were perfect to kick off the creative portion of the event. Looking forward to participating in upcoming events/workshops!!

I am a 76 year old women with back problems who went to my first Reformer Pilates class at Happy Body on Sunday. I wasn’t sure I would be able to complete the class but with the help of the instructor I completed the one hour class with no pain to my back. I’m hooked!

I'm completely blown away by the massage & orthobionomy treatments I've received at Happy Body recently. I can't explain ortho, but Jessica has helped relieve a lot of chronic pain I've had for years. I'm also very difficult to please with massage and like to be crunched (if not beaten) so Lori's deep tissue work (and focus) is easily the best massage work I've had in 26 yrs of AVL massage. She listened to what I was seeking and where the pain was concentrated or chronic, released a great deal of that pain, eased a pinched nerve, and I feel so much better that I hardly know what to say. The staff at Happy Body is top notch & high quality - and you simply can't go wrong here. Simply the best.

I am so pleased with the recent treatment I received here. Sara is a gifted healer and practitioner. Her gentle touch techniques (I received ortho-bionomy) unwound so much tightness and soreness in my hips, shoulder and even my jaw. The joint tightness, muscle tension and stress that I was experiencing prior to the treatment melted away and I felt fantastic the next day!

Jessica is Amazing. 3 sessions with my infant has made an immense difference in his comfort and overall being. The difference is immediate and our family is so blessed to be able to experience this work.

So glad that Happy Body opened this location. It has really given us a closer and different option in Body Work. The team of practitioners and instructors who work here are truly top tier and passionate about what they do.
