Dr Kristina does excellent work in health-care. She takes her time, listens, and follows through on the health-care plan decided upon at each visit. I can really tell she is invested in her patients.

My appointment with Dr. Rosborough was fantastic. I walked in with a lot of hesitation, but Dr. Rosborough was kind, listened to history and concerns. She was reassuring and never made me feel unseen or not heard. Her compassion made the visit helpful and I left with a plan of how to view my health and what steps to take before our next visit. Dr. Rosborough has cared for both my husband and myself and we have loved having her as our physician!

Dr. Rani is the best doctor I have seen in my 72 years & I have seen many while living in Richmond. She is so patient, understanding and so thorough. I hope Lewis Gale will always let this wonderful provider do exactly what she does for her patients which is to take her time & resolve their health problems.
When needing refills she always takes care of it very quickly . The office staff and lab technician are also excellent.

My experience with Dr. Rosborough was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had with a health care provider. For the first time in years, I left a doctor’s office feeling comfortable, confident, and actually cared for by the provider. I highly recommend her, as she is clearly knowledgeable and ensures that patients feel safe and heard in her office.

I recently moved to the area for graduate school and needed to establish primary care, and I am so glad that I chose LewisGale! My experience was wonderful from the time I walked into the clinic until the time I left. Kristina Samson cares very much about patients and takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns. I was also seen by a physician in training, and she was super professional and kind. Even my blood draw by Susan was made pleasant by the kindness and professionalism that the office has. I definitely recommend this office!

I appreciated the fact that I called the office on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. As they shuffled me into the schedule, I had to wait a bit to see the doctor, but the wait was really minimal since they were working me in.
I always appreciate the time with Dr. Rani as she takes the time to know what is really going on and takes the time to talk about treatment alternatives. The great part is that she actually listens to what you have to say. :)

I came in to establish a primary care physician on the recommendation of my OBGYN. When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted with a smile and such kindness from the front desk. I was taken back almost instantly, which was great! Every single person that I came into contact with was incredible. I have had some very bad past experiences with doctors, so I was very nervous to meet Amber Neal. However, all my nervousness went away the second she walked in. She was so kind, understanding, attentive, and extremely easy to talk to. I had to get some blood work done also and unfortunately I cannot remember the wonderful woman's name but she was also amazing. I have always had issues with getting blood drawn, however it was so quick and painless with her! She really took the time to find the right vein instead of trying to stick me multiple times until she got it right. It was such an easy experience. Overall, I had a great experience at this office and I actually look forward to working with them for any of my medical needs. I will and have already been recommending them to everyone I know in the area. If I could give this office 10 stars, I would.

Staff was friendly! Dr. Rosborough was amazing! She was thorough and acted like she had all day to talk with me! I never felt rushed and left there completely satisfied and wanted to tell others what an awesome doctor I had found!

Dr. Rosborough is a great PCP! Everyone onsite is super friendly and helpful. They directed me to resources when I was homeless. I always feel listened to when I bring up a concern about symptoms or a treatment plan. Prescriptions are nearly always filled within the day. They also offer options for those without insurance.

Everyone in the office is super nice! They always answer all my questions! This is the best Drs office I have been to in a long time! Kristina Sampson is a wonderful provider! She listens and takes the time to make sure you are understanding everything! I highly recommend them! They are always on time too!

After our previous physicians office notified us they would no longer accept our insurance, we “shopped” around for a new physician. After considerable research, we were able to find PA Kristina Samson. After our initial “meet and greet” with her, it was apparent we had made the right decision. She is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and at the same time personable and friendly. It was obvious her caring for our health was top priority. We look forward to having Kristina as our family physician.

I saw Dr. Rosborough recently to discuss some health issues that I have had for many years. She was very easy to talk to and genuinely cared and wanted to figure out what was wrong with me and get me back to feeling better. I literally cried tears of joy after my appointment, somebody finally understood!! Highly recommend any of the providers at this office.

Kristina Sampson, PA is my Primary Care professional and I love her and the other folks at LewisGale Primary Care in Radford. She comes prepared to every appointment knowing my history and healthcare goals. I haven't met many physicians who do that! She listens and follows up on issues that I have discussed. She is so sweet and tolerates my lengthy conversations and I've never felt her be dismissive or judgmental. Her staff have also been so helpful to me in ways that some would consider beyond their responsibility. Because of the wonderful women I've encountered at LewisGale Primary in Radford, I've become more cooperative with my healthcare goals and have seen much improvement in my health.

The staff and Doctor were very through when doing what they needed to do. Very friendly staff working there. Would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a family
doctor Everything was very clean and well lit .

Great experience. Worries about Covid were alleviated as I saw that precautions were being taken early on. I of course took my own precautions as well. That's what it takes!! They listened to me and got me out quickly with my meds called in by the time I got to the pharmacy. Although I didn't get pain meds I was in a lot of pain that I've managed with over the counter Tylenol. Getting that medicine in me fast was so important, plus I felt like I was on my last leg by the time I got home .

I’m not from around here but was in need of a doctor. My daughter goes to Radford Primary Care so she made me an appointment. Kristina Samson was wonderful. She was patient, kind, and understanding. I’d recommend her and the practice to anyone.

Dr. Rani is great!! She is always willing to listen. I feel like I am heard. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.

I am so thankful for Dr Rosborough. She has saved me once again. Horrible epigastric pain and mid back pain. She diagnosed me with gastric ulcer and prescribed medication and it will be a week tomorrow and I’m on the mend. I thought I was dying from the pain. Bless you Dr Rani.

Very professional. Clean, knowledgeable and patient staff! I had blood drawn on my last visit and it was very quick and totally painless! I’ve never had a long wait in the waiting room and everyone has always been helpful!

Best Doctor have had in several years. Last Doctor came from this same practice there in Radford. Dr. Rania Rosborough is a very Good Doctor and listens and Cares. Hard to find that anymore.
