I must say that I was more than satisfied by not only their work but their customer service. I had dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed and that was done perfectly. I was also greeted by Donna and Peggy who were so sweet I will only go to them for my dress ware needs while I’m in Radford. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!

This store did a great job of helping me get me suit ready for myself and my now father in law. All things considered due to covid, Meg did a great job with getting me the suit I truly wanted for my wedding, and was extremely helpful to me considering I was only able to come to the store on certain days due to me studying out of state. The staff are very helpful also and personable, always making sure you’re getting the best quality product. Would highly encourage my friends to shop here.

I have had a knee replacement and trying to build my muscles and strength and went in for alterations- staff extremely friendly and helpful...
If Meg had not grabbed some supportive shoes being sold there as a suggestion for me I certainly would have had a difficult return trip to my vehicle! Might’ve fallen due to minor slope in pavement- I’m going to recommend this store to others of all ages- Just Excellent Thank You Meg!!👌

Garrett’s is great cuz there’s this guy who occasionally works there and his name is Garrett and he is genuinely amazing. I don’t even care about anyone else who works at this store. All I care about is Garrett. Garrett. Garrett. GARRETT!!!

I can not in good faith recommend their services. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend; If it was possible to give 0/5 stars, I would.

I gave them a garment, patches, and specific instructions for the alterations I needed. When I received my garment back, the alterations I requested were done haphazardly. Crooked stitching and patch placement. I asked for a refund but the owners were unwilling to do so, however, they did offer to fix my garment for me. I accepted.

When I resubmitted my alterations, I did so with more precise and specific instructions and when I received my garment back for a second time, it was STILL wrong.

I only chose to patronize Meg & Garrett Inc. so I could support a local business, I could've gone anywhere else and had the alterations I needed done for SIGNIFICANTLY less money and a faster turn around time. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Terrible service. Donna is terrible and always in a bad mood. Would not recommend this. All of my groomsmen were not fitted right
