Dropped off a buffer on the 12th under the impression that we would know what it needed by the 13th, it's now the 15th and after calling twice to get a status and being put on a close to 20 minute hold I'm told to call back Monday. Had high hopes that this would work out in a timely manor as we rely on that buffer. Disappointed even before it's over...
