Highly recommend you try Denise's class, if you have not already. She taught my girlfriend and I yoga and we absolutely loved her classes and her. Unfortunately we had to move away and have been trying new yoga studios. The instructors are alright but we keep saying none of them are as good as Denise.

If you are thinking about trying yoga or an experience yogi, trust me, Denise is one of the best instructor's you will find. She does a great job of reading her students and tweaking her flow to fit their needs and get the most out of them.

A very welcoming studio for visitors! I was only in town for a week, but Denise made me feel very welcome. Class sizes are small, so it is easy to follow the teacher’s guidance since you are not lost in a sea of students. I will be happy to attend classes here again next time we’re in town.

Great yoga school with amazing teachers! Denise, Amy and Cathy. The class sizes are smaller, so teachers can help each person. Special events are fun too. There are friendly students as well. Denise has founded a great community. Top yoga school in the area!

Goodbye to my chronic back pain.
I have never been an athlete. To be honest, I hate physical activities. When I turned 45, I started having repetitive back pain. Sometime, it was so severe, I could get stuck for minutes, on hands and knees, on the floor. I went to see doctors and they all prescribed me to get a physical activity.
Two years ago, I pushed the front door of Shanti Yoga Shala and it was the best decision of my adult life! Denise Cavaliere, the owner, welcomed me kindly, she asked me what I was looking for and recommended the class that fitted my needs. I immediately loved the benevolent atmosphere, her advices and her professionalism. I also love the small classes, with no more than 11 students.
After a couple of months, my reluctant body started reacting positively and now my back feels better. I sleep well, have more energy and my concentration is so much better on the long run. I look forward to getting back on my mat weekly. I highly recommend yoga in general and particularly this studio.

I am so grateful to have found Shanti Yoga Shala. This studio is so warm and welcoming. The instructors are great and the owner is kind, knowledgeable and always makes sure you feel comfortable regardless of your level. You can feel at home if you are new to yoga or if you are an expert yogini. If you have any concerns they help you modify any pose you need to. It is a judgement free zone!

There are many yoga studios in this area, but few that you "connect" with. Shanti is a very warm and inviting studio where you don't feel intimidated by anything or anyone, a place where you can be you!! Great atmosphere and great people!! Glad to have found this little gem!
