Cape Fear Boil Company - Carolina Beach

What a true Carolina Beach experience! After trying a few seafood spots in town, Cape Fear Boil Company quickly shot to the top of our list. We wanted to have a family meal in after a day on the boat/beach & stopped by the shop to pick up a bucket to go (we got the Masonboro). The convenience of all seafood & ingredients in 1 pot for our busy family made cooking a BREEZE. We loved the little card pot to-go instructions for a reminder on how to make the meal when we got home. The seafood was top-notch! Highly recommend!!!

I was fortunate enough to get the crab boil for Mother’s Day and it was amazing! The seasoning inside the pot was incredible and the quality of seafood was honestly better than I expected. The amount of food we received was perfect- we had leftovers for lunch the next day. I arrived right at my pickup time and it was immediately ready to go. Highly recommend!

Everything was delicious—lobster, crab legs, clams, shrimp, and the corn, potatoes, and sausage.
Mac and cheese was okay, but the coleslaw was more popular with the family.
The vanilla rum cake was surprisingly delicious!

I don’t ca Re what these founder’s professor said, this place is fantastic and a brilliant idea for those looking to make a low country boil! We are in town for a family get together and this dish has been a classic staple BUT one of our members always does the leg work, sourcing of all the ingredients, and cooking. We decided to give this place a try and while we thought they cooked the whole thing for us… we were surprised to know they prep it all, source it all and deliver it to us to quickly put the pot on the stove and cook it all in 30 minutes. This crew made it easy! Plus the entire meal was incredibly flavorful. It’s like ‘take and cook’. We got the traditional plus a couple crab pots and out it all together! Fed 12 and not a drop left. We decided to do a boil at our vacation rental and we are so happy we did! From the first time I contacted them to the boil itself the service was absolutely amazing! Nick was great! We had so much fun just talking to him and the food was amazing! This is well worth the money! We will do this again Thank you so much for such a great time!!

While on vacation, we decided to try this restaurant! So happy we did! Everything you need for a shrimp boil plus more comes in one pot. You simply take it home, cook according to the very easy instructions and serve. The seafood was fresh and the portions were generous. Perfect stay in beach night meal. My husband even asked to do it once more before we leave.

Took a bit of time to get through to them on the phone, but well worth the effort.
Directions provided were easy to follow, and everything was hop out of the pot fresh.
Ordered enough for 3, and we ate it all, no leftovers!
Great local seafood in an easy, self-cook at home style.

One word…Amazing! We got the seafood boil with shrimp and crab, made it at our beach house with an IPA (instead of a regular beer) and let me tell you…the BEST seafood boil I’ve ever had! The spicy sausage was an added bonus. Will be returning here every time I’m in Carolina beach

Wanting to enjoy a nice meal at our friend’s lovely beach house without having to make a big effort, we opted to try a lobster and shrimp slow boil put together by the Cape Fear Boil Company. The directions couldn’t have been more clear or the preparation more easy and a short time later the four of us were enjoying a spectacular meal. It was my first experience with slow boil so I’m hardly an expert but I thoroughly recommend them.

My husband and I decided to do the lobster and shrimp boil on our last night of vacation. It beyond exceeded our expectations. So easy and more than enough for the two of us. The cornbread is sweet and moist! So yummy. We will do this again next year.

Awesome experience! We’ll worth the catering fee to have them come out and cook (and clean up!) Best meal we’ve had on the island! Marshall was great, he was telling us about the process while he cooked and provided tips on how to eat the shrimp/crab for the kids. We ordered 10 adult servings and added 4 lbs of crab legs + 2 qts of pulled chicken. More than enough for all of us (10 adults and 9 kids). My son had 7 plates and we still had leftovers. This will be a vacation staple every year moving forward!

Here is the deal. If you like the best seafood and fixings, you better order from here. I have had boils all over the world and this is the best. I got the crab boil for me and my wife. AMAZING!!!! Just follow the directions and the food will be on point. Get the old bay beer from them too. Makes a huge difference.

We rented an Airbnb during our time in Carolina Beach. The kids got pizza and the adults FEASTED thanks to this cute seafood boil package. We couldn’t leave to eat out and were happy to discover this place gave you a bucket with all the ingredients and instructions on how to make it. It was so fun to make it at home and lay it all out for us to eat. We didn’t even get the amount per adult, and it was plenty to go around. I will say it was a bit salty, and it’s definitely not for a bucket conscious group, but i think this showcased the awesome seafood the coast has to offer.

Absolutely delicious seafood! My husband and I got the Masonboro Pot with shrimp, clams, mussels, crab, andouille sausage, corn, potatoes and Vidalia onions. We added 4 cornbread muffinns.We brought it back to the rental, cooked it up in about 30 minutrs and voika!What a great exmuffins. As you can see, we could have fed 4 people!

We ordered a boil from Cape Fear Boil Co to celebrate the Fourth of July. It was such a great experience! We reserved our boil ahead of time. When we picked up, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We cooked at our vacation rental, and had so much fun! It was simple to make and delicious! I can't wait to come back and try them again!

I hired Cape Fear Boil Co. to cater for my wife's birthday celebration. These guys did a fantastic job! The communication was great (Ty was upfront with all details and very accommodating to some last minute changes we needed). They showed up on time and delivered the most delicious food. We ordered the traditional seafood boil added some pulled pork, sides and some key lime pie. Several guests complimented the menu. Every single thing these guys make is delicious. Even down to the little cornbread muffins...just surprisingly delicious across the board. They brought plates, napkins, wet wipes, and the staff members (Hunter and Hunter) were perfect gentleman. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cape Fear Boil Company. They helped make it an epic celebration!

So for our last day in Kure Beach we got a Steam Pot-to-Go from @capefearboilco and man are we glad we did. They give you your pot with everything pre-prepared, you take it back to your place, follow the dead-simple instructions and 30 minutes later you're feasting. We went with a Jai Alai IPA as our liquid, instead of water, and it really was perfect. I'd love to see someone do this at home in the Camel City.
BTW, the stove in the condo we're staying in this week is '70s vintage - the burners will disconnect if you breathe on them too hard - and we still had no problems cooking this up. Highly, highly, highly recommend this if you like Low Country boils.

Fantastic! We ordered plenty of food for 8 adults... 6 boils and extras. Everything came in 2 pots that we just threw on the stove. We ordered at about 4:15 and by 6 pm we were ready to eat. Friendly staff and delicious food!
