Excellent storage facility. The manager, Jack, is friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and the storage units are clean and secure. The front office has a wide variety of new boxes for a reasonable price. They also stock a variety of locks, tape and other goods necessary for your storage and transportation. This is a first class operation. Good job, Jack.

I think we have been renting our unit for 3 years and we have never had any issues nor problems with the storage space.. it’s clean and quiet on the property as well

Not your typical storage place. Super clean. Great customer service. Spent a great deal of time making sure we chose the right option- answering questions and explaining everything thoroughly. Helpful. Extremely accommodating. Very convenient. Modern. Seemed very secure. Comfortable (and even play good music while you're moving your stuff around). Nice equipment available if needed. Many options to suit all. Reasonably priced. If you need to store something in the Savannah area, this is your place.

Great facility and AMAZING customer service. The Manager and Assistant Manager were both incredibly helpful with our short term storage--we needed climate controlled storage for a 4 bedroom house and they were immediately able to come up with a solution for our needs. There are both outdoor and indoor units as well as plenty of room to bring in a large truck. The hallways were well air conditioned which was a must-have for moving in the Georgia heat. Additionally, the staff were extremely accessibly with any questions we had. The facility is new, secure, clean, and well maintained. I felt comfortable that my belongings would be safe. Highly recommend.

Used these guys for a few months while moving and I have absolutely only positives to say. They were able to get me a large choice of units, plus they were able to accommodate me leaving the unit with only 1 business day notice and didn’t hit me with any additional billing! We were super happy with Stop N Stor. The unit was really large, for the small monthly price we paid. It was clean and easy to access 24/7. I loved that there was a staff member present day and night. They offer a military discount as well. Highly recommend!

I've used this facility for over 2 years and have loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, even if you have a large moving truck. The climate-controlled units are fantastic and I've had a good experience so far with a standard non-climate controlled unit. They've also got a set of different sized dollys and hand carts available on site free of charge, as well as a large dumpster, which are both huge conveniences. If you're in need of any sort of temporary storage, I'd definitely recommend that you check this Stop-N-Stor out.

Don't waste time with other self storage facilities; Stop n Stor has an outstanding model and equally impressive customer service. I'm just finishing a 6 month rental with them and will definitely return if I have the need in the future. Everything I needed to do was made easier by the friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable and the facilities are modern, clean, and secure. This is business done right.

William (Billy), the manager, and Carla, the assistant manager, are both kind, both accommodating, and both very customer service oriented individuals. We have not had any issues since we have been renter's with Stop N' Stor the past 2 1/2 years. In fact, whenever we have had questions they have been answered efficiently and quickly. When we switched storage units, they were especially accommodating, and that helped us greatly work within our small time frame. We are very satisfied customers.

Manager is so friendly, you really can’t beat that kind of customer service! Storage was already clean when I arrived. The property itself was clean. I would highly recommend this storage. If I ever move back in the area and need a storage, I’m going back to them. Oh, great prices as well!
