Kroger

Might be crowded during the usual peak hours but a bunch of "staffed" self checkout lanes make it easy to power through your shopping list. On that note: the Kroger app has a shopping list built in and a great source for coupons and cash back deals. Overall I like this Kroger location if you are heading out of town but don't want to go all the way to the Richmond Hill location.

Love this store! If you've not worked retail during/post COVID, you have no idea how hard they work to keep product on the shelf and maintain excellent customer service. Miss Mary and Miss Kalia are ALWAYS incredibly helpful and treat my son like family! I wouldn't get my weekly groceries anywhere else.

The staff were courteous, and they had everything I needed.

Troy, part of the management team in the meat department, is what every customer is looking for in terms of customer service. I was buying crab legs and we both was iffy about the ones in the meat cooler/counter. Troy ask me to wait while he unloaded a cart full of fresh seafood until he found a box of new crab legs to sell to me from. I was so touched by his efforts. I know and expressed to him, that no one else would've done that. The box was on the bottom of the over stocked cart. He is pleasant and extremely helpful. I will be back for more crb legs soon and I hope he is available to help me.

I don't understand all the reviews I'm reading here that are complaints because this is a fantastic store and the only one better than it in Savannah Kroger wise is Mall boulevard. I shop here often. Everyone in the store that is an employee is wonderful to deal with. The store is clean and well organized and stocked as best they can with supply chain issues. I'm a retired merchandiser and mystery shopper as well as retired retail and most of you here. Probably shouldn't grocery shop. Much less complain because this store the Kroger Berwick is fantastic and I love it!!!!

Great place to shop and if anything that you need isn't available on the shelves the employees have no problem with going in the back to see if they have it and they also give rain checks if an item isn't in stock.

Kroger is such a fun store to shoo at for me! There's a Starbucks inside, so I recommend getting a drink before doing your shopping. The mass amount of choices was awesome! The quality of the products are worth the money. You can pretty much find whatever you are looking for here! I come here every time I come up to visit my grandmother.

Great grocery store, lots of variety and fresh produce!

The store is clean, the employees were pleasant. When I got up front to check out, the lines were long, so a few other cashiers(cash registers) decided to open up, in order to create a good flow. I thought, that they added a nice touch towards my shopping experience!

Shout out to Juliette and Luther for making my experience at Kroger a great one. Juliette never fails to smile behind her mask and keep it positive. And Luther went over and beyond to get a replacement bag of peppers that I obviously missed had gone bad.

I like the place the employee's are nice most of the time about 99 percent of the time and they do run out of stuff from time to time, but overall a pretty good store.

I am disabled and on both Medicaid and Medicare. This year I had quite battle with medication prices due to insurance being incorrect. The pharmacist and the tech worked together to fully resolve my issue being that I take so many medications this was crucial for me and my budget. Living off a disability having people who are willing to take the time makes all the difference!

So I had to run to the store for bread for my grandson it was 10pm and I left my phone with drivers license and credit cards in the buggy when I loaded the car. The great employees returned to customer service and I picked it up this morning.
Thank you so very much it could have been a real hassle. Keep up the wonderful work.

I like this local Kroger it's always pretty well-stocked and they have at least two full registers open every time I go in there and several self checkers so you don't have to go to the self-checkout if you don't want to

Kroger at Berwick has been fantastic throughout this pandemic. We've been exclusively doing grocery pickup. They're great about substituting similar items that we've requested but are out of stock. The employees that bring our groceries out have been wonderful. A few weeks ago, the young man that brought our groceries to us took his time to go back to ask a supervisor if I could add some ferns that were on sale to my purchase without having to go inside the store. He made it happen, and I'm so grateful to him and all the rest for all that they do!

Can easily find grocery items. Pharmacists very helpful in explaining drug information. Only Complaint is the long lines and wait time for money services. May I suggest that you could separate pay bills and money order purchases from playing numbers. It appears that customers playing numbers causes the long wait time. Other than that, other check out and self check out lines are good. Shelves are always stocked, frozen foods and seafood foods are fresh. Store personnel are always friendly and helpful. I like the convenient location as well.

I love this Kroger. The organic section is great and has a wide variety. The prices are very fair and seem to be more affordable than other grocery stores. The only two problems I know about this store is the bakery doesn't have a large variety and parking can be challenging in the late afternoons. There is a little Starbucks inside which can be nice fora quick coffee. The deli counter has a great dinner combo that is cheap.

Always a great place, and their pick up service is fantastic. If they don't have what you ordered, they will make a reasonable substitution oh, but let you approve it. You may even be able to review it before you get there.

A decent place too shop it's always my first place to go to when needing some groceries. The only thing that I do not really care for is the checkout times and the amount of people that are in the store at any given time... It gets pretty busy!!!
