Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

From the moment that I booked my appointment to the moment that I walked into the location, I was pleased. I came from out of town to the Asheville location and needed some relaxation time after a long week. The ambiance and vibe was exactly what I was looking for and what one would expect walking into a spa. I have booked out of town appointments before and NOT been pleased. The professionalism and greeting of the staff was so warm. It’s like I was walking into a family members house who hasn’t seen me in a while and was patiently awaiting my arrival. The massage itself was the perfect pressure and just what we spoke about. I will definitely be back to this location!!!

While on vacation in Asheville my girls and I had a spa day at the Hand and Stone on Tunnel Rd!
What a great experience! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this place was special with its calming and peaceful vibes! The environment is warm, friendly and tranquil!
The customer service was so remarkable! The staff was so helpful and helped us choose the perfect massages and facials! It was my girls first experience with facials! They are hooked for sure now! Their faces are so soft and glowing! The massages were amazing! The owner, Tina and her staff made our experience heavenly! We highly recommend this Hand and Stone and will be back next time we visit Asheville!

BEST facial ever. Highly recommend this Hand & Stone. I stopped in on a vacation recently. The staff listened to my concerns and helped me find the best services for my skin type. My sister had a massage while I was getting my facial and said her service was the highlight of our trip! I will be recommending to all of my friends visiting the area.

I had a such a relaxing experience at this location with Peter! This is my second time booking with him and he never disappoints. From the helpful staff (Taylor) at the front desk to the relaxing massage therapist Peter it was a very tranquil experience that I am so grateful for. Thank you again!

This hand and stone has the most talented and caring staff imaginable. For years I’ve bounced between spas because I never loved any masseuse or esthetician. I am happy to say I’ve found my spa home. Make sure to see Angela for your massage, and the incredible Hayley for your facial (but please don’t fill their schedule so much that I can’t see them lol). You can also tell the owner, Tina, truly cares that her guests have an amazing experience. I’m leaving the spa today walking lighter!

My husband and I were in Asheville NC on vacation and I booked us both massages and my husband a facial. As I waited I asked it they would be able to get me in for a facial for the next day, and the receptionist worked me in that day due to a cancelation. Starting as we entered the establishment until we left we felt welcomed and the staff was not only professional but friendly. Thank you all for making the start of our vacation a great one. We purchased a membership because there is a Hand and Stone in Sarasota FL, but when back in the Asheville area we will visit again.

Nurturing, wonderful front office staff. They literally make me feel so calm and welcome.
The services such as massage and facials are excellent. They keep detailed notes about the facials so each clinician has a reference to help.

I've had hundreds of massages in many spas and private practices. One masseuse here is second to none! The professionalism and customer service is like no other. The owner was a former manager of a Ritz and it shows!

Alexis did my facial and it was wonderful! She was very personable and offered proper customization. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend to check it out.

I really enjoyed Hand and Stone. I received a massage and a facial. I was so relaxed after my experiences that I became a member. I was even able to choose my masseuse and I really liked him he really knows alot about the body and how to help whatever you are needing and tells you why and how to deal with it. And I have my own personal masseuse now. I haven't chosen the person that I want to do my facials just yet because I felt a certain connection with the fellow who gave me my massage and haven't felt that with the lady whom gave me my facial but its takes time sometimes. I highly recommend this business

I took my daughter in for a facial for her birthday. The entire team went above and beyond to make it a special day including a card signed by each of them. Her service was great and the birthday wishes were really appreciated!

We were in Ashville for a Girls Birthday trip and had the most amazing experience at Hand & Stone. Tina Crawford and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 7. Amazing facials experienced by some of us while the rest of us enjoyed the Himalayan Stone massage. I have enjoyed a variety of outstanding massages all over the world, but this was honestly the best. Brian my therapist was phenomenal along with the rest of the team. I will definitely be back as this was truly a five diamond unforgettable experience! Thank you Tina and your team for the personalizing this experience for my daughters birthday, we will never forget it!

The staff here is amazing! The service they provide is outstanding🎉 flavored water, hot hand towel upon entering. Daisy my Estheticians is outstanding. Her hands are amazing and she is well seasoned. I wish she was at the Wesley Chapel location🎉 thank you for making our experience 5 ⭐ star!

So far, I've gotten 2 massages by Sara Whitaker. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And, both massages were amazing! I highly recommend her!

Giving a hot towel to freshen up like you are in 1st class of an airplane while waiting in the lobby is way above a normal massage place.
