Winter Paradise RV Resort

Everyone there was wonderful. The office people were accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and always had a smile on their face. If I have to stay in this area again, I will definitely stay there. Very reasonable prices on the lots for someone that is not local.

I have been here since 9/2020 and have absolutely loved calling this place home. Everything was just perfect for me as a single older woman. Affordable, and safe. I really thought I would be here for many many more years but ive been told to leave by the end of November because of the company that visits me from time to time. At the beginning of the year I was told I could stay if my boyfriend moved out and he did and is now my ex but apparently he cant come visit me either. I dont understand ive paid my rent on time every month ive been here and my ex isnt a sex criminal of any sort and he lived here for two years before they made me throw him out (they didnt even have to spend the money to evict him they just made me be the bad guy). I just dont understand why i have to leave when ive done nothing wrong. I love my rv I love my lot here at Winter Paradise...now do I leave at the end of November or do I let the judge here my side in an eviction hearing?

I currently live here and have no complaints. Their is a laundry room on sight. They have a quarter machine in the office. The club house has wifi. Their is a pool. It's a really friendly community.

Yes me and my husband John and Patricia we have been here for a long time yes for 7 years now and we love it here in winter paradise we are residents now and every one else that lives here is so happy and every one else we have fun together going swimming in the pool all year round but not when it's cold out side we always have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and Friday we do karaoke 🎤 and it's so fun together okay have a wonderful time here it's so awesome and amazing yes thank you

My husband and I recently moved here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge clubhouse with many different activities. The pool is always clean. My neighbors made sure to introduce themselves and help make this feel like home .

Check-in was easy and they honored the Passport America rate, which was nice. The park staff were very friendly and helpful. They had us go park and get set up prior to paying just in case the site didn’t work out, which it did. The clubhouse was very clean and offered many activities. The location was great for the local area attractions. There are permanent residents here, but all were very friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

They left at 9pm since 4/06/24 for a 1 week stay

The minute I walked in the door I was treated just like family. I have felt right at home since I have moved in. Sue the property manager is the most helpful, courteous and kind person. She made my move in completely easy.
Keep up the good work and I hope to have many years with my new family here.

I have been hear a month now and so far I love it! It's quiet pet friendly I love to walk my dog around,people are friendly...the office staff are very nice and helpful, perfect for the price*so far looks like I am staying for a long time :) i am a Happy camper 😎

It's a nice rv park. Pets are welcome. People are friendly. Plus is most people stay to themselves. The price is good too for the area. Only downfall is cats. They have about 50 strays running around. Some dogs bark which is normal. Some people yell. All but cats are to be expected. 30 amp n 20 amp plug in. Shower house has hot water. Management leaves you alone if u follow rules and are friendly.

Great people, low rates $380 / month includes electric for seasonal (2+ months). The manager, Sue is the nicest I've met at a Florida park, very helpful and accommodating. For those that have complaints about this park, I suggest you stay a month at Oak Springs in Port Richey, ask the residents there about totalitarian management that holds your mail hostage with terrible office hours, while charging astronomical rates. This park may not be perfect, but it's real close.

This place is a nice peaceful place to live. They have get to gethers here for all different events. They play bingo and have all you can eat Pancakes. They have a pool here and a little play place for the kids. They are pet friendly and like helpping out each other. It feels as if you have your own little world here. Deffently need more places like this here.

Moved here almost a year ago, and have enjoyed it alot. Vera has been especially good at running things.

Very nice people and a very nice park. I took someone there today and they got their lot paid for and everything went so smoothly. The staff member, Ashlie was super sweet and helpful!

I love living here very family oriented and,we have a pool lots of kid's thing's to ,they have a men and women bathhouse 🚼 also a comity center where the have lot's of events!!!

Amazing park, $300 a month if you own out right. Never had an electric bill over $60. Definitely worth the price...
