Cheyenne and the team at Matt & Chelsea Hancock Real Estate was the best selling experience I have ever had. My husband and I have sold multiple homes and none went as smoothly at this experience. Cheyenne and the team were thoughtful, caring, prompt, responsive and overall made the entire process easy for us. The weekly neighborhood reports and "suggestions" made it so much easier for my husband and I to know where we stood in the housing market. They gave suggestions, and honored our wishes throughout. They took extra care in making sure our pets were carefully watched during open houses, and even made signs to be sure protentional buyers were aware about out pets. Cheyenne was quick with suggestions for services such as landscapers in order to help our house have more curb appeal. Cheyenne was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been with another realtor and there was no movement on my mother's home. When Cheyenne came to walk through the house she took several notes and noted details that would be helpful when writing her description. The photographer took pictures of the house and the development to feature everything offered. They also took drone photos and a created a beautiful walk through the video. The office did virtual staging that looked amazing - almost didn't recognize it! The write up for the home was excellent - even the neighbors wanted to know where this place was they wanted to move there! The communication we received from the very beginning was so appreciated and professional. We got feedback when people were viewing the house and their thoughts. The postcards and flyers and social media presence was great to get the house out to as many as possible. This was not the case with our previous realtor! They even had Open Houses scheduled for February and March (which we never needed). Within 3 days of putting the house on the market we had 6 viewings and got an offer! The communication continued and everything went smoothly with the title company. We knew every step we needed to take and Cheyenne was there to answer any question we had - regardless of the day or time. I can't tell you how great it was to have someone in our corner helping us sell our mother's home. We had never sold a home before so it was all new to us and Cheyenne made it so easy! Matt & Chelsea's office if truly wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. And we can't thank Cheyenne enough for all of her help! These folks are just good people. They work hard and listen to what is important to the client. My husband and I bought our Clermont home in 2016 and remain thrilled with our home and with the work Joe from their team completed on our behalf. We lived out of state at the time and he would meet everyone for inspections and anything else needed to make it easy for us while we managed the other side of moving across state lines.
