The kids and I had a great visit I usually order their shoes online so this visit was a special one they were new to the picking out shoes in store experience. We had a very helpful,knowledgeable, patient and kid friendly associate helping. He stuck with us from start to finish and still managed to help other customers. The store was clean and well organized and was up to date on sales and styles. We will definitely be making the trip again. Thank you

Under New Management!!! When I pulled the site up to place my review I was so confused about bad reviews because we had great service and every single person in the store was so sweet!! You can just ignore all those previous reviews lol. That was old management. We were blown away by Avanni & Markese they were AWESOME!! Best customer service ever. So patient and knowledgeable we ordered 1 pair of Vans and they were sent to our home free and bought a pair of Adidas in the store. Stop by and see the new store team!

The cashier was very helpful and assisted me when I was looking for shoes for my little brother.

Got help from Kayla. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for very quickly.

I recently visited your crabtree valley location with my family, and your "store manager" i belief her name was Michelle was just plain rude!! She had a horrible attitude and was very sarcastic towards my daughter ! I was appalled when i asked who the manager was and found out it was her! IF it weren't for your employee Dennis(young black gentelmen in his early 20's) i would of left the store immediately!! He was very helpful and super sweet not only to me but my daughter and my 14yr old son! I would of given more stars if it was based on just his service:)

Truly disappointed with this store! The last time we were here we spent over $300, this time we spent $0 , all because customer service was horrendous. I don’t think Ive ever been to a shoe store where they weren’t trying to help you find your next favorite pair of sneakers, came here to buy my son shoes and the guy helping us, if you can call it that was annoyed because we asked for help. The other people working there just looked at us like we were from another planet and offered nothing more than smirks and laughter as they could see the guy helping us was annoyed and getting more annoyed. We abruptly left, and went to the Vans store where we spent $300 on new shoes for the family. I guess these stores don’t care about making sales and giving bad customer service, they’re more concerned with pandering to their employees instead of finding good ones who actually represent the brand well. I used to love Journeys growing up, and to have an opportunity to bring my kids here was something I always looked forward too, not anymore. Do better, get better people who understand your brand an actually WANT to do a good job, not just show up. Because of the current staff was working on Sunday we won’t be coming back!
