I love the Sanford Lake Forest location. They always treat me with so much hospitality and respect. Today I was helped by the teller Edwin Adames and he was super nice and welcoming. He even offered me candy!!! I mentioned sweet to my mom and he offered skittles which are my favorite. Thank you Edwin and the Lake Forest team for such a lovely experience!

I went with my wife to to open a checking account for her at the Lake Forest branch in Sanford. My wife does not speak English very well, but I planned to translate to whomever was available. The banker whom was assisting us was Karol Hudson, and all I can say that both my wife and I were so happy that she was able to work with us. She noticed I was speaking to my wife exclusively in Spanish and did all of the explanations for me. It was the easiest experience I could have asked for. Overall, very pleased with our experience. I have been a member of FAIRWINDS credit union since I was a child and now that I am an adult I have to praise the FAIRWINDS staff. On my most recent visit to FAIRWINDS in Sanford fl, Ed helped me quickly, remembered me even though I don’t come in very often and was very friendly throughout my visit. I will not consider switching banks as long as people like Ed continue to work there.

Miss Karol Hudson was just amazing. Very informal. Very helpful. So patient with me and my many questions. I will definitely keep coming back to deal with her. Ask for Karol. She went above and beyond in helping me.

I love the Lake Forest branch of Fairwinds. I’ve been banking with Fairwinds for over 20 years at various branches and this one is by far the best! There is a branch closer to me, but the staff, management and convenient location brings me to Lake Forest. The branch manager, Penny DiNatale, has handled a few of my issues, promptly and courteously. I always feel everyone in there genuinely wants to help. I highly recommend Fairwinds at Lake Forest!
