Natasha is a true insurance professional for American Family Insurance in Rice Lake. She's always there with the right answer, and giving sound advice to keep me protected at a reasonable price. Occasionally, she will even advise me not to purchase a questionable rider, even though buying it might increase her commission. Or she has suggested I attach a rider onto my auto policies that I never even thought of. Her suggestions were always perceptive advice and I usually followed through on her suggestions.

So hold on to that special lady. And maybe give her a raise so she stays around and keeps the good suggestions comimg my way.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and so helpful and understanding. They were there for us when our garage burned down with both our cars inside. Including my Mustang which I was just going to put collector plates on. Thankfully we are both safe and trying to move on.
