I consider myself a "Foodie" & trust me, YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS PLACE!!
My husband & I decided to celebrate our 5th anniversary at Brix 33 & it was by far the BEST decision ever!!!.
The food was absolutely amazing as were the drinks, ambience, entertainment and staff. I ate at a very well known, high end Steakhouse in Tampa recently & waited months to get a reservation. The steak I had there did not even come close to my steak at Brix 33! My husband had the swordfish which was out of this world. Do yourselves a favor and check out this place. THEY DO FOOD RIGHT!!!!! The best thing is, it's within a 5 min drive from home (NPR/Trinity area) AND NOT ONLY TASTY but classy, no more long drives to Tampa for mediocre dinning when Brix 33 is in our backyard!!

What a fantastic choice for a group birthday party! The food presentation was impressive and the flavors even better. Throw in great service and it's a win-win! I will be back for sure and I highly recommend it. PS. The chicken piccata is better than my grandmothers! shhhh

We had the opportunity to try Brix 33 last Saturday. We did make reservations as it was recommended, however I don’t believe it was needed if you plan to arrive when they open. Just driving by you wouldn’t guess that it is fine dining due to its location. However upon walking in you will notice the staff dressed nicely and be welcomed by a lovely atmosphere. My party of 3 visited for a special occasion, a birthday. We each enjoyed one of their old fashioned drinks which were strong and very flavorful. We skipped out on appetizers and went straight to entrees. Two of us ordered steaks, the coulotte and the filet, while the third ordered the bone-in pork chop. All 3 were very tender and flavorful! They were presented extremely well. The shallot tart that comes with the filet was absolutely delicious! Two of us chose to order the brandied baby carrots for a side because they were highly recommended, and we were so glad we did! They are definitely a must try, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We saved room for dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée and the chocolate terrine. Both were delicious and not a crumb was left on our plates. We did order a weekly special of Elk Chili to-go and every drop of that was also enjoyed. It reheated nicely and had a nice kick to it! Everything was perfectly balanced and portioned; we will definitely recommend this place and be back ourselves.

The food was amazing. Plus they had a violin player who was incredible and stole my heart. Love the decor and the waitstaff. Our experience was an atmospheric utopia with world class dining.

Have been going here occasionally since it opened 10 years ago. I knew one of the original owners but was told he sold it 2 years ago. A little higher end food than a normal bistro would normally have. Unusual menu. About 1/3 of the place is used for wine storage. Full liquor bar.

Hubby and I absolutely love this place and is our perfect getaway for quality date nights close to home! Last night we attended their first Chef’s food/wine Tasting Event and it was beyond incredible. The attention to detail was alone 5 stars from the elegant table settings to the memento photo gift- everything was was beautiful. The food was edible art! See the photos for yourself. Thank you to Monica and the rest of the owners, our favorite bartender Dean, the rest of the courteous staff and most importantly Chef Eli and his team for sharing your passion and bringing it directly to our plate ! We can’t wait for the next one !

Outstanding!! We found this on a google map search for restaurants, when we were up this way. Decided to give it a shot. We were a little skeptical due to the location but we do our best to not judge the book, totally based on the cover. We also love a mom and pop owned restaurant. We walked in on a Friday night to an amazing violinist 🎻 The Server always had a smile and was very attentive. We ordered the Sea Bass and Beef tenderloin with mushrooms. Both were prepared perfectly. The owner even stopped by the table to make sure everything was great. We will be back and would highly recommend.

What an awesome experience! First off they were able to accommodate our last minute reservation which was really nice. First time visitors and we will certainly be back for more. We started off with the Grandmas Apple Pie Old Fashioned & Red Sangria along with our appetizers the Fiocchi which was amazing! We ordered the Salmon and Flat Iron Steak as our main course and followed with New York cheesecake and the Brix Chocolate Terrine. Overall 5 star experience! We will most certainly be back for more!

It was a recommendation from a coworker and I wasn’t disappointed. Food was prepared to perfection and delivered nice and hot. Service was good and atmosphere was great. Nice location, however it could easily be missed.

Our first time visiting this little Gem….everything was so inviting, from the staff to the owners’ visit to our table to the live violinist playing throughout the evening! Undoubtedly one of the best meals AND atmospheres I’ve encountered in a long, long time! Lucky for us we are moving nearby and will be regulars from now on! Props to Courtney & Monica for their attention to every detail!! If I could rate higher, I would!
Update: been here a few time now, brought friends for their first visit last night and everything was marvelous! Posting more photos of our entrees!!

A surprisingly great experience. Doesn’t look like much from outside but inside..? The food, drinks, and atmosphere is lovely. We started off with a cheeseboard and some drinks. For dinner, we ordered the sautéed chicken, the bone in pork chop, and the day’s fish special. Everything was plated beautifully and taste amazing. If you get to pick a side go for the mushrooms they’re killer. I also loved the live music they had it really gave the place a little something special.

My first visit to Brix 33 was to attend a business seminar with dinner service. We were served top sirloin (coulotte steak). I was a little disappointed. When I saw the sauce covering the steak I thought that was a restaurant trick to make the steak taste better.
I don't know how the chef did it, but the steak was excellent. Tender, properly seared, and served at the correct temperature. The sauce, a demi-glace, was also excellent. Rich and full of flavor. Fingerling potatoes were served with the steak, as well as a salad made with fresh greens. Everything was great. We were all very happy with the dinner, as well as the service.
Upon exiting we engaged in conversation with the manager, Karla. I told her how much we enjoyed the dinner, and expressed our appreciation. When I asked her about the steak and the demi- glace, she asked if I’d like to meet the chef. The chef (Eli) explained that the steak was a high quality Hereford steak, procured locally. The demi glace requires a tremendous amount of preparation, as do many of Eli’s creations. Veal bones are roasted for days, and then rendered to release the fabulous, rich flavor that enhanced the steak so much.
I love french onion soup, and although it was not served with my dinner, it looked very appetizing, as did a few other items on the menu. So we made a reservation and went back the next day.
On the followup visit we were welcomed like family. We spoke to the manager, the servers, and eventually met the owners, Dillon and Monica, who are partners with another couple in the enterprise.
We ordered the Hereford filet and the sea bass. As an appetizer we had the beef tips. Bite sized chunks of filet over a mound of creamy mashed potatoes. It was covered in the delicious demi-glace, described above. We also each had the french onion soup.
Since we both love french onion soup (if made correctly) we were really looking forward to this, and it was perfect. The broth, the croutons, the authentic and correct gruyere cheese melted on top. No one else does this! But Eli is strictly a traditionalist. His food is as good as it can be or he doesn’t serve it. The Hereford filet was perfectly prepared. The sea bass was fresh and also perfectly prepared. Ordered a side of mushrooms which were delicious, sautéed with butter and red wine.

The restaurant business is difficult. It’s a lot of work. Its almost impossible logistically. This is a restaurant whose employees share the same goals as the owners. They are totally engaged, caring, and proud of the business. And they love the customers.
When you get this level of commitment and ownership, it’s a winning combination. This establishment is a 5 star restaurant. The food and menu is a 5. The service is a 5. The management is a 5. The value is a 5.
This business is located in a strip mall that may lead some to believe that it is less than an upscale, elegant, fine dining establishment. It is all of that. The parking can be a little challenging.
If you want a great fine dining experience, an experience where you are immediately treated as family, an experience where you are surrounded by people who are dedicated to your total satisfaction, this is your new, go-to location.

Fantastic Meal! Fantastic Experience!

The atmosphere in this restaurant is very pleasant, and honestly, a welcomed surprise for New Port Richey .. those who know, know. An upscale feel, but a very homegrown attitude.
We did not have the pleasure this time of checking out the wine bar, but based on our most excellent first time run, we'll certainly be back.

My wife and I came and enjoyed two lovely dishes .. She ordered the SUGAR BRINED BONE-IN PORK LOIN CHOP ($24) and I ordered the SAUTÉED CHICKEN BREAST ($17) dish with GARLIC TOASTED COUSCOUS & POTATO OF THE DAY, which was some mashed wonder. Firstly, I was absolutely pleasantly surprised with the presentation! Look at the pictures. Well placed .. colorful plates with useful and tasteful accents. The textures of each meal were spot on! Pork chop was perfectly cooked, nice and juicy, as was the chicken! Coucous was tender as well and just full of flavor. Easily the best chicken dish I can remember at any such restaurant. The sides complimented the meal very well also. My wife chose a kale Caesar salad, which was tender, not hard and crisp.

Dessert was just as lovely, although I was so pleasantly content with the main dishes, I felt I had to force it in .. Buuut, I'm a sucker for brownies and pecans, and if you put them together, I gotta order it!

Warm brownies with ice cream accompaniment and of course choco drizzle.

You know for me Flavor is King, and this place serves it up, AND in style. For two excellent dishes and one shared dessert, the ticket was just over $51 ... one of the few times I'm absolutely happy to pay!! (and tip well too!)

Get Some!! ... and say hello to Rich!
