Maybe the nicest people I have dealt with when getting ice cream for my wife and child. They have tons of previews and made the ice cream with smiley faces and things like that. The ice cream was amazing too. It didn’t taste like normal ice cream. My mint chocolate was much richer and tastier than normal mint ice cream.

Wow!!! This is excellent ice cream and you can definitely tell it is all homemade! They have such a neat store with excellent atmosphere! They also had seasonal flavors which were amazing! The “Oh Snap” is our new favorite!!

Absolutely amazing. First, the liquor ice cream is completely phenomenal. The flavors are incredible. We shared bourbon pecan, banana foster, and the kahlua espresso. The candies are wonderful and the pralines are outstanding.

Finally, and most importantly, the people working here are so friendly and love their products. Will go again.

I recently had the pleasure of trying some house-made ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was smooth and creamy, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I especially loved the Oreo they blend them up and then add them to the vanilla base. so good

What I appreciated most about this ice cream was that it wasn't overly sweet. It had just the right amount of sweetness to enhance the flavor, without overwhelming it. And the fact that it was made in-house made it feel even more special.

Upon opening the door we immediately inhaled the sweet smells of Pecan Jacks kitchen goodness. We knew our tastebuds were in for a treat.
We had the best customer service. We enjoyed samples of their top selling flavors of ice cream and brittles. I was reassured their brittles were different than others. They aren’t the kind that break your teeth! I am happy to report all my teeth are intact. Most importantly, it’s the best brittle I’ve ever had. We will order more online.
It’ll be our go to shop when we’re in the area!

Skip all other dessert options and come here! I have never had such delicious pralines in my life. They are so soft and flavorful! A little pricey but so worth it, it’s almost 4$ for just one, I bought a nice gift box of 6 for around $20 bucks. If pralines aren’t your thing they have lots of other chocolate covered items, gummies and ice cream flavors. I got the “Elvis”, peanut butter, marshmallows, bananas, it was delicious. If the line is out the door don’t worry, it goes fast. Plus they offer free samples of their products.

We really loved their ice cream!! You can't see the ice cream, because it is in freezers in the back, but you can taste whichever you want. They were very kind & helpful. They also were VERY busy on Friday evening. There was a short line when we got there near sunset, but by the time it was dark, the line was out the door & down the block. It did seem to be moving fairly quickly, though. Glad we got there when we did.🙂
They have plenty of outdoor seating, and also sell lots of candies.
We got Death by Chocolate, Oreo, Cookie Monster, Mocha Madness & Chocolate Mint. They were excellent!! My daughter got a big kick from the candy eyes on her scoop of cookie monster ice cream! 😆

This is our favorite ice cream shop! They have a wide variety of the creamiest and homemade ice creams, as well as different candies and chocolate treats! My favorite ice cream is the limoncello!

My daughter and I both ordered waffle cones with our choice of ice-cream. The first thing I noticed was the server inspected every cone to make sure it was perfect. We then wandered to the patio to enjoy.
I was so impressed, I walked back in, asked for the owner/manager. The owner was on site. I told him he made the best ice-cream I had ever, ever tasted. He smiled and told me the story of his journey.

Apparently, he created recipes, took his ice-cream to a major convention and discovered that his product was great but it didn't stand out. He returned home, tossed out the recipes and techniques. He then began his quest for a memorable, amazing, this is too good to be true, ice-cream.

We go to pecan Jacks everything time we are in this part of Florida. Excited to go to their new location the second day it opened. Always so good! I have the lemoncello, and cherry amaretto. Family got Banana Pudding and Oreo. Taste like homemade ice cream! We love Pecan Jacks so much we had to pralines shipped to St. Louis for Christmas!

Amazing Staff and the ice cream is so good one of my teammates cried, lol! You must experience this one time.

This is the absolute BEST ice cream I’ve EVER had!!!! Their homemade ice cream is very tasty and creamy! My family and I visited twice while in town vacationing from South Carolina. We will definitely revisit one of their locations during our annual trip back to the Destin/Santa Rosa area! They allow you to sample flavors. And you must try their adult ice cream with alcoholic beverage in it. They are really good and you can definitely get a buzz before finishing your ice cream. I only wish Pecan Jack was closer to South Carolina!

Best ice cream on 30a AND the friendliest owners and employees! We visited twice on our vacation and each time the staff were truly delightful. They gave us plenty of samples, made recommendations and thanked us for coming. The southern way is alive and well at Pecan Jacks!
The ice cream flavors are original and the classics are done the Pecan Jack way making them unbelievable (i.e. Oreo). The prices are reasonable, the serving is generous and the experience is memorable. See you next year Pecan Jack!

Showed up around 8 and there was a line out the door. I thought it was really nice when we were waiting outside and a worker came to ask if we wanted to sample any icecream. When we got to the counter the girl gave us a rundown and said we can sample as many as we want, which is so nice! We didn’t feel rushed but I already knew what I wanted. I got the chocolate in a cone. Personally I don’t think you can go wrong with chocolate ice cream but I also didn’t know you could go so right. Some of the best chocolate ice cream I’ve had! Incredibly rich and thick. The store is so cute inside and they have samples of other treats. I’ll probably be back again for some pralines because that sample did me in! Highly recommend
Side note: ended up at a different ice cream shop after getting dinner one night and the chocolate ice cream was nothing compared to Jack’s!
