amazing service and clothes

Sign on door said "be back in 5 minutes". I went to sister store down a ways. Man was standing behind the counter talking to the saleslady. Neither acknowledged me. Man was going on and on about how terrible his last job was. Sign was still on the door 10 minutes later so I went back to sister store to ask if they knew when someone would be back. Man said "Oh, well I'll be over in a minute". Acted like I was interrupting his important chit chat. Told him customer service is important and 5 minutes shouldn't be 10 or more. He said nothing to get upset about. Told him I saw something while walking, lady was nice so I decided to come back but maybe not worth it now. He said "well, don't come back then". He really needs customer service training or not be in retail!

SOHO Style staff shame on you. My well behaved 10 year old daughter was scolded for innocently picking up a pair of cheap sunglasses by an employee. I'm not sure exactly what she said to her but it brought her to tears. We will not be back into any SOHO brand store.
