Wonderful market with a European feel. Lots of different/unique items. Fun plates to wander and check out all the different items.
We ended up getting wine and chocolates.

Love this little place! They have a little bit of everything. This morning we stopped in and grabbed the banana nut muffin and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We sat out front and ate our breakfast, along with about 20 little sparrows that were begging us for food!! 😁

Modica market is a small specialty/convenience grocery store with a deli/cafe. For visitors, this is a wonderful place to grab a pack of beer, a pint of local icecream, a few pounds of fillet for dinner, and some seasoning for the fish you just caught. For the full time residents, this is THE place to get thanksgiving turkeys and Christmas hams. You can open a tab to have a card on file for easy beach trips or bike rides. They also have the best draft selection of seaside on constant rotation. Give it a try and buy a slice of cake while you’re at it!

Always awesome to go here! Not just because you're visiting the market from the movie The Truman Show, but because their food is amazing!! Great selection of wines, cheeses, and most other household items.

My family and I love Modica! The staff is so friendly and helpful and sweet to my kids. They carry the best snacks and we love their bakery options too!

It's the Truman Show market! Looks the exact same as it did in the movie. Don't miss out on this fun piece of movie history and also the amazing selection of yummy yummy foods! Bought an heirloom tomato spread that is to die for!!!

Great atmosphere and the food selection is nice. Modica market sells beer by the glass to go with your meals.

I'm so happy to find this place for a break on the biking riding trail. They have varieties of wine, craft beer, fresh made food, and cakes. The crab cakes is so fresh and yummy, it goes perfect with the local brewed beer 30A.

Very friendly staff, lots of gluten-free choices! Also a great place to visit from the Truman show 😀

It was really cool to be in this market where the Truman Show movie was filmed. The staff was really nice and the cakes they offered were really good. If you are in the area be sure to stop by!

What's not to love about this place? A little bit of something for every vacationer's grocery need. The atmosphere is a plus at Modica with shelves to the heavens patrolled by wooden rolling ladders that used to be in all the small-town, mom and pop stores. The staff is friendly and history abounds in this Seaside staple. Plus, they had one of my all-time favorite drinks, Tab! I have not seen this drink in over a decade. This is a must to stop in when in Seaside, even if just for a quick drink or snack.

Modica Market is one of my favorite spots on 30A! Located conveniently in Seaside it has everything you need and more - grocery and traveling essentials, fresh local produce and meat, unique items to cook with, cooked/prepared meals and weekly specials, coffee and bakery items. Tip: You can call ahead and order what you need to pick it up! Owners and staff are always friendly and love what they do. Live music on Fridays. It feels like home at Modica Market!

A favorite stop at the beach! Conveniently located and fully stocked with those must have essentials. We love to pop in for a soda and slice of cake.

Love this little place! They have everything you need. The breakfast here is great! They have a wide selection. Our favorite thing was to come get a slice of cake at night. The strawberry & chocolate cake was great!

Hidden gem in the Seaside hub. Terrific breakfast sandwiches at an extremely reasonable price - something that is hard to find in this area. They also carry a wide array of groceries and a solid local craft beer selection.

The chocolate chip cappuccino muffins are the only thing you need in your life! We went for breakfast and had to stop back by on our way home for more to take with us. Good variety of items, great fresh mimosas!

My family and I have been going here for years. It's somehow managed to get better. Great coffee drinks and freshly squeezed juices. Awesome breakfast pastries and deserts. Good selection of wine and beer. It's super popular for a reason. Hard to find this much good stuff in a small community like Seaside. And the staff seem really nice despite it being crawling with tourists. Thanks for all the great experiences.
