Bud & Alley's Waterfront Restaurant & Bar

Love this place!!! When we visit Seaside, Bud & Alleys is a must. Love the view to the beach, the drinks & the food. During our spring break, we made 2 trips here- highly recommend their happy hour! (Easier to find a great seat & the specials do not disappoint).

This is a nice restaurant and bar located right on the beach. If you can get a seat upstairs, do that for sure. You get a great view of the ocean, beach and sunsets each evening. The food and service was great. I had the gumbo with bread and my wife had the Gulf Coast shrimp. Both dishes were great. They also have a full service bar if you are looking for drinks. They also have many tv's so you can enjoy the game while eating and drinking. Definitely give this place a try.

So thankful that this restaurant was able to accommodate our large group of 17! The food was delicious and service was top notch. Round of applause to Blake who kept the water flowing and dealt with our group of rowdy girls. All dishes were fresh and food came out quickly!

We stopped here for drinks and a light snack shortly after they opened on a Friday. It was raining but we sat upstairs at the bar, which was covered in plastic walls at the time. Our bartenders were friendly and attentive. We ordered their buffalo trace flight and snacked on the pimento cheese with crackers appetizer. The dip was just okay, but the flight was very nice.

Had a great time. Food was excellent! I’ve been coming here since the early 90s. The menu has changed but the food is still superb! This last time there were 9 of us and upstairs was unwilling to put tables together so we went down stairs. Which ended up working out better as we were out of the sun. Our sunburns were still hurting.

This place is fun and lively! It’s on the Ocean and has fantastic food. You need reservations in the dining room which has no views of the Ocean. If you go on the rooftop you get the views and all the trimmings. TV’s for sports, a great bar, outdoor seating. The whole fish on the menu was yellow tail snapper served on arugula with capers and a side of green beans and red potatoes! Enough to share!

Great food and great views! The bartender on Sunday, 4/30 was awesome and so great to our party.

We had the gulf shrimp, Brussels sprouts, and the homemade bread. It was enough for two. Brussel sprouts were more spicy than you'd expect, but still really good.

Sweet potato fries are the best. Smoked tuna dip is amazing!! They used to have marinated crab claws and they were to die for. Anyway, great food. We have only been upstairs overlooking the water. I understand they also have a white table cloth dining area. Would love to try it out some evening.

Really good food, not a big selection but everything they did have was awesome! Be prepared to spend some money though

Really loved our experience here! Great, great, great food and service!
We had the shrimp and soft shell crab appetizers, which were fantastic! And the fish of the day whole snapper was excellent! And the salmon was superb!

We dine at Bud and Ally’s about eight times a year. The experience is always wonderful. The bartenders are quite talented and so friendly. We usually dine on the upstairs deck, but this time was a bit too chilly, so we dined inside. The view was still wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we could see the ocean. I usually order the Salad Nicoise because it’s the best one for three counties. My hub always wants the chicken piccata for the same reason. The smoked tuna dip used to be a stand out, but it’s just not the same anymore for some reason. Don’t miss an opportunity to stop in and have a delicious meal and robust cocktail with one of the best gulf views in the county.

What a great lunch spot! Views to make your jaw drop of the incredible ocean. Yummy drinks, obviously frose’ was the perfect choice with the 97 degree day and tasted amazing. Salad seemed not like a ton of food, but it was one of the best Caesar salads I have had, light, crisp, and not too much dressing. Fresh Parmesan and it was perfect. Beautiful spot. Prices were a bit high but totally worth it for a great view and wonderful friendly service! 🍾😍😍

Great wood fire pizza at the pizza bar and Trafforia! We tried Phil’s pie and Funjai pizza. Both were great and once you add some chili oil for extra spice and it attained new levels. Our waitress, Melissa, I’m was amazing and the drinks she made were great too, jalapeño Margarita, classic Margarita and Key Lime Colada(Frozen special of the day). Perfect place to stop after the beach! They have an outdoor bar street level with 30A.

Great meal. The pizza was really good—a bit overtopped to stay crunchy, but still lovely.

The All Kale Caesar was great and they definitely have some of the best mixology we’ve seen in the area. My Mai Tai was true to form and the Hemingway Daiquiri was on point.

Highly recommended.

This is My New Favorite Village Dinning Experience. Located above the beach in a quaint village of Seaside Fl. A Gulf Coast Town that looks like a movie set from 200 years ago...

The upper deck was still being repaired but the ground level patio is on a bluff overlooking the 180 degree view of the Sugar White Sands and Crystal Waters, bordered by manicured greenery. Lots of new construction repairing storm damage, might mean you get a seat at the octagonal bar with the copper roof.

The food was locally sourced, fresh and delicious while the staff were courteous, friendly and attentive. LOVE THIS PLACE!

We had a magnificent lunch today. The ambience was outstanding. The service was excellent. Thank you Tavia for your great waitress service. The food was so delicious! This is a "must try" restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

We had such a great experience at Bud and Alley’s. We made a reservation 1 week in advance. Got in right on time. Food and drinks were amazing! We have the mango margarita, pineapple jalapeño margarita, gulf shrimp appetizer, crab cake entree and salmon entree!

I went to the roof top and had a great experience, lunch was delicious and the drink came very fast. Nice people, totally recommend!

Great service and staff here. The bar is a great place to meet people. When you're done walk down to the beach for a beautiful sunset. If you go be sure to ask for Finn!

Great place to catch the sunset and great food. As a local, we visit Bud & Alley's several times a month. In the summer it's very busy, so we take advantage of it in the offseason more. Well worth the stop! I promise the view and food will bring you back time and time again!
