Alvin's Island #32 - Santa Rosa Beach

One of the best Alvins Islands I’ve been to. The ladies at the register greeted me nicely and helped me pick out stuff for my family. I will definitely come back again.

The old employee that works here is incredibly rude. We looked around and didnt purchase anything and we were stared down the whole time. As we were leaving the store she said “maybe buy something next time”. Do not recommend.

The employees here are rude, and act as if its an inconvenience that you are a customer in the store . No greeting when entering the store , no help locating anything in the store. When a question was asked they barely acknowledged you, I had to ask twice!, and I even asked do you work here because they just looked at me without responding , like um???, hello !! do you work here ? , or can I talk to someone who does . Left that place , don’t even bother going into this store, horrible employees that will leave you confused . Last I checked you chose to work here , so can you do your job and help a customer when they need help.

Don’t even bother going to this place. We went twice and the old associates that work there don’t even greet the people or even ask if we need help with anything. My daughter was looking at the bracelets and literally an employee was just starring her down like if she was going to steal. Both times our money was well spent for us to be treated like this. You just lost a customer!!!! Will never go back.

Horrible experience. The older lady working followed us around acting like we were stealing.the gift shop down the road is way nicer.

Alvin’s ‘s Island,
We are sad that some of the quaint shops , that have been there for years, are having to move out of Gulf Place because you are moving in. This corner has always been a quaint , fun , gathering spot with cute shops and eateries. Please keep that in mind, as your store moves into Gulf Place.

Super rude employee! Older woman. We left without buying anything because of her. She followed us around the store eyeballing us, scowling and shaking her head like she thought we were going to steal.

A really bad experience.. the old women’s attended is rude and has not customer service … she has a bad aptitude and bad face .. we entered to buy some gift and we decided to leave the store .. I don’t know how that business is still open with employees like her.
