Escex Roofing and Restorations

We met Adam (co-owner) and Debbie (business manager) at a senior center presentation to learn about roofing issues and replacement. It was clear Adam had a wealth of experience, and expertise in roofing, and we had trust that Debbie would back it up from an admin perspective. They were tenacious in working with the insurance folks to replace discontinued shingles, not a simple process. We are happy with our roof and we were impressed that Adam himself came out to inspect at the end of the job, to make sure all was in order. We need to mention that the clean-up crew was excellent, picking up throughout the job. We’ve also received compliments from neighbors on the roof! We are intending to use Escex for another home improvement project because they’ve earned our trust and respect.

Chris along with every employee with Escex Roofing that were involved did a phenomenal job at my home replacing my roof. I'm in commercial construction and deal with a lot of contractors. I was pretty impressed with the communication, attention to detail and quality. I'm so relieved that my experience was stress free. I would recommend them for any roofing or restoration needs so much so I actually have them coming out to fix some siding damage too!

Just received our new roof and gutters from Escex and I am thrilled. I saw a sign in my neighbors yard for Escex and when I asked her about it, she said that she would be seeing her sales rep the next day and that I could talk with him about more information then. The next day I spoke with Josh Hanner and he came by and did a quick look at my roof and felt it was worth a call to the insurance company. He made all the calls and did all the leg work. I din't have to do anything but verify some stuff and sign the contract. The insurance company took a while to get our approval and check (due to COVID) but Josh stayed in close contact through the whole process giving me updates on the status. Once we were on the schedule, everything happened quickly from there. The installers did an incredible job and were wonderful about cleaning up our yard after everything was done. A couple weeks later, we had our gutter replaced and that was an even quicker process because we didn't have to deal with insurance. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and customer service Escex provided and even more so, by Josh. Hopefully I will never have to have a roof replacement again but if I do, I know who to call. FYI, they even have incentives for referring them to your friends.

Escex did a great job with the reconstruction of my home after it sustained water damage. Their customer service was very friendly and easy to reach. In addition, they completed the work in a timely manner. What’s more, months after the project was over, they even conducted a repair of damaged drywall and reinstalled a towel bar in my bathroom free of charge as part of their 1-year workmanship warranty. If you need a home project done right, don’t hesitate to hire Escex for the job!

Escex Storm Restoration is the definition of customer service and their team goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of from beginning to end. We had a lot of wind damage on our roof and initially our insurance company did not cover a replacement. Escex tirelessly continued to work with our insurance company, and in the end a full roof replacement was approved. Escex didn’t stop there though. The installation of our roof was an undertaking as almost all of our decking was not to code and needed replacing. They worked hard and fast to get our roof system put back with quality being number one. Again, Escex does not stop there, and continues with an extremely thorough cleanup. I cannot recommend Excex Storm Restoration enough and if you want a roofer that goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of until the job is done there is only one call you need to make.

Chris Mackey was our contact person, and he was always responsive and professional. When he said he’d do something he always followed through and did it. The communication was top notch. Our roof looks great, and Escex Roofing even helped us navigate the process with our insurance company. We highly recommend them!

We just had our roof replaced last week by Escex Roofing and I have to say that it was a very smooth experience. Chris Mackey was our first point of contact with the company. This was my first experience with a roofing company and Chris was extremely patient with me and answered the 100s of questions I had with a good knowledge of the products and process. Once the process got started we were constantly given updates on what the next step would be. The customer service definitely deserves 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot rave enough about my wonderful experience. My roof repair was completed within a week from the time of communication with Dezi. Very professional & respectful. End result his workers went above & beyond to complete the job. Very satisfied!

Just had my roof replaced by Escex roofing and I was very pleased. Chris and Brandon were so helpful with all the insurance questions and were with us every step of the way. The installation was fast and well done, clean up was also carefully done. We are super pleased with the care taken with covering the shrubs and side yard to protect them from falling debris.

They were very professional and did an excellent job replacing my roof. They arrived on time and did a great job protecting my landscape, outside furniture by covering. They left everything clean & undisturbed. My roof looks great! It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.

I needed my roof replaced badly. Chris and Brandon took care of everything. The team was very professional and courteous.. They helped with the insurance and the inspector. Reasonably priced and now I have my new roof. They fixed the shutters that had to be replaced as well. Great warranty and I will definitely use them in the future for ther projects I have planned. By far the most professional roofing company I've ever dealt with! I've had 4 other roofs replaced in my life. Escex was better in every way. Chris Mackey was my contact and he was like my roofing concierge! I never spoke in person or on the phone with anyone from my insurance company. It was a very smooth hands off experience. They're my go to for anything roofing, gutters or siding related from now on!!

I cannot be more appreciative of Hunter and Gary and the team. I’ve had a leak for two years. Had it “fixed” twice, and repaired the ceiling drywall myself. It was never fixed. Hunter is so wonderful to work with, the first contractor to ever listen to what I thought, and I truly felt heard. The cost was fair, they show up on time and work very hard. I will never use anyone else for siding, roofing, or gutters.

Escex Roofing & Restoration recently completed a replacement of my old, worn out shingles. Brandon Etheridge was my main contact and he was easy to work with, always professional and helpful. I could call or text him anytime throughout the project. He explained everything, from how things should work with the insurance company (exactly as he said it would), to the roofing products (shingles, ridge vents, drip edges, flashing, etc). And because I was juggling some siding repair and painting just before the roofing install I had a bunch of questions. Brandon answered every one in a timely manner. He knows the products well and explained everything. He recommended a shingle color and helped me upgrade to architectural shingles for little to no extra cost. And it looks amazing, like a new house. In case you’re wondering, installation went exactly as he said it would. Dumpster delivery the day before, workers show up early, super focused and professional, finish that evening, clean up, and dumpster removed the following morning. Looks perfect, no trash, no damage to anything. I’m planning to recommend them to anyone I know who might need a new roof. They did a great job on my house! Couldn’t be happier. Wish I had photos. Hopefully I’ll add them soon.

Escex replaced my roof through my insurance company paying only the deductible! Chris, Brandon and Miles did a great job communicating with us. The install was smooth and they got all debris/nails with the giant magnets they have!!! Highly recommend Escex!
