Target

Clean. Had items I needed. Not crowded but active. Lots of parking on 2 levels with escalator. Items arranged in sections like a fancy department store.

This was the best Target I have ever been in. It was clean, neat, orderly. They shelves were well stocked and in order, even the oddball sections like where they keep anime action figures. I was able to find some things here that I had been wanting for a long time. I didn't interact with the staff as I use self check out but no one seemed unfriendly. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a Target. Wish I didn't live so far away, I would go here all the time if I were closer.

I had to return a few shirts and buy a size up. First, the return was fast and easy. Then, I tried to find the right size. Desiree helped me, went above and beyond to find them (in the back), and was kind, pleasant, and patient. It was 15 minutes before closing the store! She came back with the right size and I could not be happier! Thank you, Desiree!

I usually receive great customer service during my visits to our local Target, but this latest experience was outstanding. Sadly, I did not capture the male manager's name, but his level of customer service was above and beyond. We had an issue with my Red Card barcode during checkout and he handled it professionally, with genuine care and efficiency. My overall customer experience was amazing, and I will always recommend the Cobb NE store moving forward!

Love this location! It's smaller than some of the other Targets and that makes it perfect for a quick Target run.

My wife encountered a problem with a gift card she purchased from this store a couple of weeks ago. JoAnn, one of the managers, handled the problem very professionally and quickly corrected the issue. She was great!

I went to go get a refund yesterday and I was helped by team leader Justin and the refund young lady Sophia. They went above and beyond to help me with my refund since I was a special case. After 2 days they contacted me about my refund and helped me and got me my money back. I appreciate them so so so much for their help.

Have always loved Target; Great variety of seasonal merchandise.

The store was very clean and organized. Excellent and friendly customer service. Cashier was very personable and sales clerk was very helpful with locating an item . Overall the best Target I have been to in years. I live in FL.

Carol. She was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in she came right up to us and helped me find my bar code in the email. And got all our stuff together really quickly. She was so sweet and caring even though it was super busy but she still was in the Christmas Spirit.

Malik at the check out was super nice and helpful. A young lady in cosmetics helped us out to. A young man in the Christmas section was super helpful helping us find a specific item. Then when I left, a manager came out with a bag I left behind. They were motivated, positive, and helpful. Best experience I have had in a Target in this area in a long time! Well done Target Team!

Really helpful and friendly staff good selection of items and great prices . I shop here for all sorts of products.

FYI if you are looking to buy sports cards or pokemon cards a bunch of resellers follow the vendor store to store and buy everything up as soon as it hits the shelf. An unfortunate thing if your child likes to collect.

Otherwise great store and plenty of selection..

I love this target! It is so huge! So many different departments with plenty of variety. I can always find what I need and more. I especially love all the sales racks by the dressing rooms, up to 70% off! Just got a pair of great jeans that started off at $28 and I got them for $14.

I had an amazing experience with Drew while I was shopping at Target! I was doing some causal shopping while he politely and respectfully offered a money saving opportunity. He was extremely cordial and walked me through everything I needed to know! Couldn’t not ask for a better experience!

Target makes shopping fun, fast, and affordable. I love the way the put together holiday selections. They do the work for you. If your not good at decorating, they give you amazing ideas with pictures. The target app is always fast and easy to you, it never glitches or is down. The option to shop online and pick up at the store is one of my favorite features. The quality of product at Target, especially the clothing is amazing for the price.

This review is for the drive up order crew-- we use this service at least once a week (let's blame it on covid... haha.). Everyone is consistently a pleasure to work with, and my orders are always fulfilled accurately. No issues whatsoever for this regular customer.

Great Customer Service. But if you're looking for a "Super Target" style shopping experience, note that this is not a Super Target. I. E. No groceries here. But for most parts, this is the preferred neighborhood Target store. I find great deals on electronics almost every time.

Shawn the manager was so nice to help me with an issue I had. They had everything I needed at a great price, for a new baby that is coming into our world. Then I used my Target red card so I saved an additional 5%.

I like that Target notifies me when my item is ready for pick up. It is usually ready before the predicted time allotment. As I am a senior citizen, I feel safer not having to go through the store to find my items.

This target I have had nothing but good experiences. The employees truly impressed me with my situation. Would recommend!
