I had a great experience working with Tim at Family First Financial! I had a ton of questions and Tim made sure he clarified everything for me so I could make an informed decision on my homeowners and flood insurance. He was able to find me the best rates for the best coverage. He was even able to help me get new car insurance and saved me a lot of money.

Tim Fabricio is a great representation of Family First Financial. He’s extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I reached out to him just to ensure that I wasn’t overpaying, not fully sure I was ready to make a move. Tim was able to review my current insurance policy and make recommendations based on my needs not what he was trying to sell me. 10/2020: I wanted to update my review to say that Family First Financial continues to receive a 5/5 rating for our family! Tim helped us update our homeowners insurance at the end of 2019. Then in September 2020, we closed on a new home and he was great at helping us navigate ending the old policy and establishing a new one as well. We fully intend to continue using them for our insurance needs!

Tim Fabrizio did an amazing job helping me find an insurance company that was going to help me if ever I was in an accident. I originally had progressive and was charging me 180 dollars a month for minimum coverage. Tim was able to get me double my coverage for the same price and I couldn’t be more thankful. Jack Tompkins has been nothing short of an awesome agent. He took an extended period of time to carefully review my information and properly insure me. I was involved in an at fault accident and thankfully was not personally sued due to my proper policy limits. If you're looking for the cheapest and lowest coverage, they won't write your policy. They take pride in properly insuring every client and are more interested in their business' integrity rather than their volume of clients. They also just rewrote my homeowner's policy with better coverage and a different company, saving me $110 a month.

Great company- I switched insurance agents immediately after meeting Tim Fabrizio. He is extremely knowledgeable about pretty much all insurance policies. I sat in on a presentation he gave on home and auto insurance and honestly learned a lot and was impressed with his answers to the group’s questions. I decided I needed UM. Wow! Tim saved me $2000 a year on my car insurance. Yeesh. I can't believe how much I was paying before. I'd tried getting some quotes directly from insurance companies myself...and didn't really get anywhere with it. Then I talked to Tim and he got me the same coverage for about half the price.
