Arby's

Having recently moved to Greensboro in December 2022, we discovered that the local Arby's outlets fell short of our expectations, with poor service and unkempt interiors. However, we were pleasantly surprised at this location where the staff assured us that, with proper management, Arby's could return to its former glory. We experienced excellent service, a spotless interior, and our food was served promptly. This establishment may become our go-to spot for a quick bite when visiting Winston.

Arby's is right about one thing. At this location..

THEY HAVE THE MEATS. you ain't bout to skimped on your roast beef here. You want a beef and cheddar?! YOU GONNA GET YOUR BEEF! AND ✨ cheddar ✨

The fine folks who work at this store for part time making part time wages, giving us consumers our fix of what we're tweaking for. That thin slice of heaven between a toasted onion roll. Those crisp but fluffy as me all year round, curly fries. Perfection. Bliss. Neigh but instead, seasoned curly crisps that were handed down by Aphrodite herself.

Folks, you don't want to get you meat fix anywhere else on University Parkway. You want the meats? YOU GO TO ARBY'S. they got enough meats you gonna walk out or drive off with the meat sweats before you even taste your food!
And you're gonna love every bite of it!.

Service was great very friendly. Food was perfect. Great valentine's lunch in the parking lot with my baby. Loaded Italian and turkey wrap with curly fries and cups of cheese yes please too good. Taking home beef and cheddar to eat for supper.

Well kept up, recently freshened furniture and fixtures etc. The time from walking in, to getting our food was approximately 5 minutes. I didn't even have enough time to wash my hands before the food was ready. I washed my hands and our food had already gotten out and was waiting for us. The staff was great and the food was just as good. Our food was very hot and very fresh. I'd say it was the most impressive visit to an Arby's in a few years. No bell to ring though.. lol - some of y'all don't remember ringing the bell and getting elbowed by your Mom for making all that noise, and it shows.

Great employees, food excellent as always, and one of the cleanest restaurants that I've been in, in quite a while. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the largest roast beef sandwich with mayo and onion and a large ice tea and curly fries. I sat in the parking lot and ate what I could and took the rest home to my dogs and they loved it as much as I did. Its was so good I could stand another one right now.

One of my favorite places. Haven't been to one in years because there isn't one near me in CT.

I love Arby's. This Arby's had very fast service and everything tasted good. Got a lot of the Hawaiian sliders and a few original ones. Love the jamocha shake!

My husband and I had lunch at this location on Saturday, January 7, 2023 around 12:20 PM. The gentleman who took our order (receipt shows "Antwan") and another male behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. While we were eating, a third male walked through the dining room and asked if everything was ok. He was very polite and personable as well. Our sandwiches were very good! Thank you to those three men for providing excellent customer service. I should've rang the bell (it had been taken down during COVID so I didn't look to see if it had returned),

I can still remember the very first beef and cheddar I ever had. It was 1981. I gave a guy some money and said bring me back something for lunch. Sitting here today 42 years later I realized this sandwich is exactly the same even after all these years. THANK YOU Arby's!!!!!! for not changing perfection !!!!! I do enjoy many of the other menu items but beef and cheddar still my favorite!!!!!!

I really do enjoy a Reuben sandwich, and Arby's is the easiest way to get one. But I really wish they'd toast the bread until its crunchy. Just warming it on the griddle is not enough.

All was good fresh food fast service and clean restaurants.

My experience was amazing due to the server at the window top-notch A1 that guy at the window needs to teach other service at Arby's how to Manor themselves kudos

Love the orange creme shakes. They remind me of the old school push ups I used to get from the Ice Cream truck back in the day.

Great experience at this location. We went through the drive thru around 5:30 on Saturday 8/20. Service was fast, order was correct, employees were pleasant and the food was great.

They have come along way and doing wayyy better than before Definitely need to keep my mac n cheese!! My favorite item don't take it away also we need our potato cakes back screw crinkle cut fries!!! We only need curly fries, potato cakes, mac n cheese and of course cheese stickssss.... we need that chocolate turnover back too😭🤣😂🤯😅

I'm a regular at arby's. Love the food, but the people are the reason I go so friendly. You can't say that about some fast food places.

Love the Curly Fries and there Roast Beef... The Chicken Nuggets are good ( Grandkids Love Them). So far every time I go there they have gotten my order correct.. The Orange Cream Sickle Milkshake is Delicious to... I will be going back... They have a lot more food to choose from and it is delicious to, these are just some of my favorites..
