Mavis Tires & Brakes

I went into Mavis, we had scheduled an appointment to get new tires and a wheel alignment. Matt, one of the workers, was super helpful. The car was ready roughly an hour and a half later, which was amazing turn around. I appreciated the service from Matt and Jasmine. Would go again & recommend!

I made a reservation on line and then my tires were ordered for this location. I spoke with Matt who let me know when the tires came in. He graciously worked with me so I could come in shortly before 5:00pm on day when they close at 6:00pm which is very tight for replacing four tires. They did it anyway and stayed 30 minutes late to get the job done. Thank you Matt and team. Great customer service!

I had a great experience at Mavis. Matt was so awesome he explained to me exactly what was going on with my truck. Usually when people talk car to me it sounds like Japanese lol. But not with Matt he didn’t make me feel bad about not knowing anything about cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Jesse was very helpful! Explaining what I need to keep in mind after service, fixed what I needed and gave great recommendations for what to get fixed next. Will continue to make this my service stop in Atlanta!

I came in for two new tires but after having my car thoroughly inspected learned that I needed to replace my brake-pads and rotors to keep my car safe for the road. The staff was very communicative, helpful, and professional. Jasmine was especially wonderful at keeping me in the loop, answering my questions, and making sure I got the services I needed without breaking the bank. Would definitely return!

Mavis tire saved my entire trip and so much money! After a 200 mile trip from Tennessee I pulled in to the hotel late last night. My car began to make a horrendous grinding noise under my hood, thankfully at the end of the trip. After a sleepless restless night and going back and for with my dealership and roadside assistance, I was starting to run out of options. I was able to get in touch with the amazing maintenance team at Mavis in Alpharetta this morning. This team was a life saver to have found. Me, think the worst, was prepared to get bad news. The mechanic and his team this Saturday morning on April 27th came out and started diagnosing the situation. They placed my car on the lift and after some expert diagnosis of the condition were able to determine my skid plate had come in contact with my cars fan blade causing the extremely loud noise. They were able to take off the skid plate and remedy the problem within 10 minutes (at no cost!!!!) saving me thousands of dollars and ultimately my entire trip.

If you ever come across a problem with your vehicle I would encourage you to seek out Mavis in Alpharetta, GA their team is definitely worth the trip to save an extreme amount of time and stress. Thank you guys at Mavis again for all you did to help me, I truly can't thank you enough!

Customer service was excellent. I went in with a flat tire, and then learned that all my tires needed to be replaced. Antwone was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me on the phone with the tire manufacturer for 45 minutes to get a deal on the new tires. Super grateful for their speed and support on a stressful day!

I have been coming here for years and the service has always been GREAT! I wanted to give a special thanks to Matt, he was very professional and knowledgeable and not just trying to take my money like any other car place. Definite 5 Stars and will be back for all my service needs.

Randy saved my weekend. On Friday night at 10pm, my tire was punctured by a pothole. I had plans to pick up a buddy at 10am from the airport and drive together to Knoxville for a marathon. I called 10+ auto shops first thing Saturday morning, each saying they didn’t have an appointment, or my tire size. Randy and Mavis had my tire and were able to get me in and out as a walk in, taking mercy and acting with absolute professionalism during my desperate time. Thank you Randy for helping me in a time of need.

Earlier this week I went to Mavis knowing I need a tire , but the Manager come out and told me how bad the other 3 was and it wasn’t to safe. Needless to say I got new tires, I am safe, and had a great conversation, thank you Matt for being so caring to delightful to talk to.. you will see more of my family for all their car needs.

Amazing service, fast, honest, front desk staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable when you call someone always answers and is patient to help set appointment the team had great communication and my car feels amazing!!! 10/10

Mavis did a great job on my Honda today. Took a lot of work on the front end suspension. Very happy with the service.

Needed new tires and found they had the best price among other tire shops and when calling told me to “Come on in”. Left with four new tires the same day. There was an issue with the valve stem and I brought it back and they made it right. Definitely will recommend them for tire needs

Had a fantastic experience with Antwoine and Jordan!! They explained everything going on with my car really well and got all the work done in a timely manner, I loved my experience!!

Despite my warranty coverage mishap from another location false information, Jesse at the Chesire Bridge location was able to make matters better and provide great customer service. It’s always excellent for a customer to leave satisfied. :)

We rolled up without an appointment after seeing a shard of metal in my tire. Matt went out of his way to come look at it right away, diagnose, and resolve the issue. I am so appreciative of Matt’s professional expertise and kind attitude!
