A T Radiology Lake Wales

The Lake Wales office is the best one in my area. The staff is friendly, easy to schedule an appropriate appointment, very short wait time, and techs are very knowledgeable in performing procedures.

Jessica, Maria and Christina are such a wonderful benefit to ATR Lake Wales. They went above and beyond to get my service done all in one day and also the time of day was getting right before closing time. I truly appreciated these ladies.
I drove from Haines City just to have my doctors request services at the lake wales facility.
I have been to the other facilities and it is well worth my drive to be at this ATR. Keep up the great job!

Before they attend you, you have to fill out the paperwork by text on your cell phone. They ask for referral photos, your license and you health insurance. Not many serious people and staff 🙁, but professionals. I left the place in about 10 minutes.

Great place! Had to have A mammogram. Lots of people in waiting room but in A matter of minutes people were called. I waited approximately 14 min and was out in 10 min. Not bad at all and everyone was polite and professional.

I highly recommend the personnel at the A.T. Radiology in Lake Wales, from the time their radiologist found a mass while reviewing my chest x-ray to all the subsequent tests for doctors to proceed with diagnoses, surgery and treatments. All the staff is caring and diligent. Most recently they stayed late on Halloween to solve an incorrect medical code problem and complete the sonogram I needed for the appointment I had the next day with a vascular surgeon. Kudos to the office manager, her staff, the sonogram technician and the radiologist, and the billing office manager who stayed after closing to solve the problem.

Great customer service.Laura the technician was wonderful. She was very understanding and gentle. She was very knowledgeable. Yesenia Vazquez was very friendly and answered all the questions that I had. I was greeted with with a warm friendly smile. That office is one place that I will recommend to any of my family and friends.

From beginning to the end my experience was very positive. Shortly after they received a referral from my doctor they called to set up an appointment. I needed two different routine scans and they set them both up for the next day. I was early for my appointment and check in was just verifying my information. I was called less than two minutes after being checked in. Both scans were completed in less than 25 minutes. Two days after my scans I called to ask for my results. Maria emailed them to me immediately. All staff are very friendly and professional. This was at least my fifth time visiting this facility. My assessment has always been the same. Excellent facility and staff!

Today I had 3 different ultrasounds, and a diagnostic mammogram. Sabrina was the sweetest lady and helped me thru my panic attack. She was kind and u can tell she truly cares about her patient's. Sabrina is definitely an asset to AT radiology ! Also Laura was amazing as well!! Just hands down went above and n beyond to make me comfortable:) thank both of u ladies for showing me true compassion still exist in 2023!! I'm on my husband Google. Very quick service, report was ready within 10 minutes of the ultrasound being completed. Tech was competent.

Was sent for CT scan. They we're so helpful at front desk and Michael was so respectful and explained everything for my scan to come out with the best quality as possible.

During my visit today 10/10/23 I was professionally greeted by Maria during my check in. Maria was very pleasant and polite. She made sure my pre-check in was completed and also explained the new procedure requiring a credit card be on file in the event insurance carrier would not cover entire bill. Both Maria & Nerely even made my day by letting me raid the candy jar with tootsie rolls on the counter 😊. I love going to the Lake Wales A.T. Radiology, I live in HainesCity Fl , and it’s just aways pleasant visiting that location. The company should be very proud to employ such a great staff in Lake Wales, Fl.

I trust AT Radiology completely. At the Lake Wales location I was especially impressed with Laura who did my Mammogram. She was professional, friendly, careful and thorough. She exemplifies exactly what preventative medical care should be!!

There are multiple reasons I am giving AT Radiology in Lake Wales 5 stars. First, and most important, the staff was very kind taking the time to answer any questions I posed throughout my experience. There were concerns regarding my insurance which the front desk helped me with never telling me to go and resolve it on my own. Quite the opposite they were very helpful and worked to get it straightened out so I could do my exam same day. Second, as most of the diagnostics that take place at this center typically are due to compounded and potentially severe issues the technicians were incredibly patient and thorough during the entire exam I had to undertake. Because of the nature of my issue I was scheduled for multiple exams over several days which was difficult to manage both time wise and emotionally. As the staff realized this for me the ultrasound techs did everything they could to minimize my concerns and overall impact by completing all of these exams same day. Third, As I was leaving I encountered another customer at the front desk who was struggling with a policy that AT Radiology had set (pay deductibles/co pays in advance) and was clearly upset. Even though the patient couldn't see how they were acting the staff at the front desk were compassionate yet clear on the standard and were willing to help the patient in any way they could up to them walking out in anger. You could see the front desk staff really wanted to help the patient yet maintain the standards at AT Radiology which is admirable. I know that the execution of medical practice can be at times stressful on patients not only because of the nature of the business but also they are struggling with personal medical issues. My experience with AT Radiology today helped me get through an invasive diagnostic test with peace and resolve that someone really cared for me during this process. Even though I am just one person and my opinion is what it is I can honestly tell you that I will certainly come back and will certainly refer people to them. I am very grateful for the care and time I received today during my testing procedures.

Great service! Since the ladies that take care of you in the front desk and the technician Laura. They are very professional. Quick attention. I got an appointment for the next day I called them. I was in the clinic for 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

My first visit to Lake Wales A T Radiology. All the staff was very efficient and helpful. You signed in and were processed with consideration and care. Jessamyn was professional and caring. Made me feel at ease and comfortable when doing my scan.

Starting with the girls at the front desk (amazing and very helpful girls). And the techs are awesome and very professional. It is always a pleasure to come over.

Went for an US core needle breast biopsy. Sabrina and Octavia were very nice and helpful. My experience there was pleasant, (considering the circumstances....😁) Dr Anthony Rosa was a delight. I would highly recommend AT RADIOLOGY in Lake Wales Florida.

My experience with AT Radiology was great. Sabrina took me in before my scheduled appointment and was finished by the time my appointment was actually scheduled. Sabrina is a lot of fun to talk to and she made me laugh quite a bit which made the whole experience less stressful for me.

To start I have to recognize AT radiology in lake Wales front desk staff the three ladies are awesome, very educated, very compassionate, wonderful they really show a lot of kindness! They make you feel loved as a patient. These are amazing front desk! Second I will love to acknowledge the CT scan tech, she was wonderful to my husband Alberto today. Beautiful staff the CT scan personnel was fantastic she was awesome, and also hello to the MRI tech he's wonderful awesome! This AT radiology in lake Wales should teach the Davenport AT radiology staff on how to be a real office team, working in harmony and not to be nasty and unprofessional. All I have is kudos for you woah outstanding wonderful perfectionist at it's best! Way to go AT radiology in lake Wales!
