AT&T Store

Very pleasent and helpful staff. Upgrading 3 older phones to 3 new phones that will be exactly the same, so there is less confusion. Hope they arrive soon. No waiting this morning, just was lucky. Would recommend using this office.

The store manager was beyond of great full help adding another line to my existing account. He made sure my daughter was happy with her iPhone 13 green color and he added a clear case that made it look very sharp in her hands. She smiled as big as the Sun. Also we laughed a lot in the store with all the new employees. Oh and added the accessories as a whole package. We will return to this location again in the future.

Amanda at the store in lake wales store outside eagle ridge mall was fabulous. She took care of all our questions and ordered our new phone and watches. Thanks for all your help. It was the best att experince I have ever had.

Nick and Jeffery were awesome to work with, they got my wife’s phone back to working and helped lower our monthly bill!

The manager Nick is super friendly and easy to work with, Britney is always bubbly and very helpful when we come in (family of 5). They let us know about ways to actually save money and improve our phone plans. 10/10 customer service and honesty. Nowhere else id rather go for service

We were in the Lake Wales store tonight and received outstanding service from Nick James! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped set up our ATT hot spot and answered all of my husband's technical questions with patience (my husband is a technical dinosaur!).

I worked with Nick James he was very helpful and very polite, good/awesome customer service and he explained everything about the service I needed , to the point for me to understand what I was getting. I would go back to visit him

Carlos is THE BEST! He went above and beyond to help me with my new and very first IPhone! He seems like he truly loves his job and the people he serves! The man who helped us, Nick i believe was awesome he helped us every step if the way and wend above and beyond our expectations. My experience in the past with sales people is I always felt they were trying to get over on me or they weren't telling me everything and its always been just that. With Mr. Nick I didn't feel that way in the slightest. I felt comfortable and he communicated every step of the way. I deffintly will send my friends and family his way when they need a new phone!

My phone was having issues with its sim card connecting to the network and Nick was a great help, not only fixing it but giving me advice on how to keep it running until I can get a new one. Great customer service! I'll definitely be returning to this store for my next phone purchase.

We just purchased a tv package from AT&T. our sales person was Joshua, we can not say enough about how well we where treated. Joshua took the time setting up and explaining everything.He was very patient with us no matter how many questions we asked.
If anybody is looking for AT&T tv to reduce your cost from cable I strongly recommend see Joshua, he great.

Kyle is an excellent sales representative, he answered all my question and fixed my phone when I had issues. Then he educated me on a new promotion they were having for the Samsung s9 which got me out of store paying nothing and getting a protective case screen protector and an extra charger cable for the car. Thank you so much I love my new phone
