I have never been treated so FAIRLY by a dealer in my life! George with the service dept., addressed my issue with my recent purchase (less than a month and 1000 miles) with a quick response and fixed the issue promptly. Even though it was an out-of-pocket expense for myself, George was more than fair with the repair bill. He answered all my questions and kept me updated thru the entire process till he re-delivered my vehicle. Wish I lived closer to this Dealer, because I would be using them for all my GM vehicle repairs!

Greeted promptly with kindness and respect. Appointment time was adhered to and completed in a timely manner. Worn parts that were needed were provided for my inspection/approval prior to replacement. The waiting area was very comfortable with snacks and beverages provided.

Had a starter problem tried to do on line appt first appt was March 18th and that wouldn’t work for me. Got a call back within 20 mins getting me in the next day everything worked out and they got the problem fixed. Also really happy with the complementary wash and vacuuming really nice touch👍

Very clean facility and shop with exceptionally professional and friendly staff all around. My service was completed quickly and with quality work. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in. I was very happy with my service visit here.

My car went in for warranty work. Keith was very helpful in getting it scheduled, and Brittany was equally as helpful when I went to pick it up. There was communication during the repair to let me know the progress, and the work was completed in a very professional manner.

I purchased a new Cadillac Escalade and had an issue soon after I purchased it. The Manager Sean Monahan “personally” called me immediately and took care of the problem. I first made contact with Huston online. After a brief exchange regarding our interest in a particular car, I made an appointment.
We drove 90 miles to look at a blue 2024 Encore GX Avenir.
We had an appointment with Zach Marbutt. He greeted us pleasantly and his persona never changed. We briefly discussed our near-end lease of a 2020 GX Essence and that we had located our dream car on line. Zach stated that the car was just outside, if we would like to take it for a ride.
Having driven the 2020 GX for three years, we thought that we knew what we were about to see. What a shock. The 2024 Encore GX Avenir looked and felt like a luxury auto compared to the car that we had arrived in. The dashboard is so futuristic looking, the seats are far more comfortable than what we were accustomed to, and the ride was beyond our expectations.
Upon returning to the dealership, Zach gaves the options that we had regarding our getting into this car. We discussed all of the business details and our concerns about not leaving in the new car that night.
Zach worked with Craig Bailey to come up with the deal that we were hoping for. We signed the lease with Craig and Zach help us move into the new car.
The 90 mile ride home gave us plenty of time to have multiple conversations about just how wonderful the car was. We even discussed purchasing the car, at the end of the lease (an hour after we signed the papers!).
We can't thank Zach and Craig enough for making this such a pleasurable experience.

Dealing with Lily was an absolute pleasure. She made the car buying experience very easy. The finance manager Gary was great. He made the process very smooth. He didn’t try to oversell me any add ons. I will now be a life long customer.

We found a great GMC Yukon Denali online. When I called I was immediately connected to Marcus, who luckily had sold the car to the original owner, and knew it’s history. We drove the car the next day and it was great! We were able to buy it on the spot and drive it home. The folks and dealership were all wonderful. Thanks !

Hands down the best dealership in all of Central Florida! I drive past the GMC dealership on 1st St in winter haven and continue an additional 20 minutes to go to your location specifically. Everyone from whoever answers the phone to every employee I encounter, it’s a pleasant interaction! They go above and beyond every time.
