Publix Super Market at Southgate Shopping Center

Today I ordered a Pub Sub ultimate on my Instacart order....it was fantastic...best sub value in Polk county for sure. Love my Publix doing a great job since I was old enough to ride my bike there.

Sub was amazing and Fredericka was so attentative and sweet and made our subs exactly the way we wanted. Pretty clean store. Staff at register was nice too.

I recently moved to the Lake Wales area, and I had all my prescriptions transferred here from Miami. I had four prescriptions that were filled. Unfortunately, they did not have my new insurance in their system. Arrived around 4:45 PM and Mickey at the Pharmacy counter took care of me! She was awesome! Within 10 minutes I had my prescriptions and they had my new insurance info!

Great atmosphere, pharmacy employees are wonderfully, Pharmacist is especially wonderful with out asking Mrs Figueroa she went above and beyond to help me with my meds that are on back order from suppliers or manufacturer of meds, and while I waited I shopped and bought food that me and wife love that you can't find at Walmart, because they discontinued to force you to be there so called great value products. I'm very pleased with Publix supermarket, and will continue to shop here, and get medicine here. Sincerely a happy customer

What made our day was standing in the wrong line at the deli. For what we know are the most delicious subs ever. It has been over 10 years to eat one. We waited patiently and our mouths were ready. but I felt this pubs was going to taste a lot better than I had ever eaten because Craig was one target with his contagious smile and personality. It was worth the wait. It was very busy this time of day and he just showed and demonstrated great leadership. Way to go Craig. Continue enjoying your new job and take my advice and cross train thru out the store. FYI go backs are the way to learn your store. Thank you and God bless you. And keep on smiling.

Everyone that I encountered was friendly. The pharmacy was on it... very quick transaction and they handled customers quickly. The store was well stocked and clean. @publix @whereshoppingisapleasure

Excellent selection of groceries available and cashiers available for a speedy checkout! Also, they have top quality grocery carts compared to most stores!

Publix is always clean and well kept. Prices are slightly higher, but the best customer service and other services.
