If I could give Lash 10 stars I would. Slay lash was very accommodating with my changes. She is hands down the best in Snellville. Slay lash is everything I was searching for and more. She did an amazing job and I am so happy to say I've found a lash extension HOME!!! The service is absolutely phenomenal. I definitely would recommend her to anyone!

Chrissy does a wonderful job!! I was a first timer and initially nervous. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. We had a “hiccup” with a Groupon I purchased. She communicated quickly and professionally and took care of it right away. I’ve been back several times and will continue to do so!

Overall , owner was nice and professional- apologizing for the “temp “ location due to moving location soon. Which I understood and told her no worries . I score based on my expectation verse what I received. Maybe it’s my bad for not knowing exactly - but I thought when you get individual lashes you are getting individual lashes placed on your individual lashes . Instead , I ended up getting high priced clusters (when I could have gotten from nail salon at half the cost - if that’s what I knew I was getting ) So when I had a recent fall out , there was a large cluster of several lashes (with had a thick chunk of glue on the end ) which left a noticeable gap .. now I’m looking crazy lol . Guess my search continues for true individual lash service ….

the lashes are ok but the way its being ran is so unprofessional. it doesnt feel welcoming at all. AND she gets defensive with customers! you should be remorseful when a customer doesnt have a good experience or at least apologize! do better! youre making black business owners look bad!

Had the worst experience ever. Not my first time getting my lashes done by her. This time the lashes were installed to far back on my lid which caused tearing, burning and my not being able to keep my eyes open. I reached immediately to get them looked at, removed or fixed. She barely tried to accommodate me after her wrong doing. It was a waste of $100 install and paying someone else $45 to remove them. Will not recommend her to the blind.

I had an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes prior. The front desk called Slay Lash Boutique and left message that client was here. The front desk reported that she didn't respond when I checked in with them 15 minutes later. I waited 20 minutes and then left. She was a no show to her own business.

This was a nightmare! Very unprofessional! A scam! Run from this place!
