A Step Ahead Physical Therapy

I saw Nathan for my achilles tendonitis. I appreciated the time he spent with me, analyzing how my various muscles were connected that were affecting my tendonitis pain, and providing exercises that helped lessen the pain. He always listened to me and I was pleasantly surprised how during my hour long session, I was his total focus of attention. Plus he was very kind. The whole office was very friendly and helpful. And I could tell by observing the other physical therapists, that they too had a caring relationship with each of their patients.

My journey with A Step Ahead Physical therapy has been an absolute blessing! Professional, encouraging, supportive! They are an amazing group of professionals that truly care for the individual!

A Step Ahead PT is by far the best establishment in the area! Spent the last 4 months there for a broken leg/ankle and I truly believe I would not have made the progress with out it. Matt was so friendly and really knew what he was talking about and I could tell he really cared about getting me back to where I was before the accident. The front office staff greeted me by name as I walked it, which was so nice! They were so accommodating to my schedule too! I would recommend a step ahead to anyone who needs physical therapy!

So many good things to say about my experience at A Step Ahead... Brad took the time to test and understand the specific issues I was dealing with. Then he provided exercises AND guidance on body mechanics that I was able to use day-to-day to accelerate my recovery. He posted the exercises (with videos) on a website with a personalized account for me. At each visit, he asked if there were any daily tasks I was having trouble with, and then he provided specific exercises and suggestions for that, again posting the exercises on the site. Everyone at the facility was friendly and professional. I followed the program Brad created for me, and several weeks later I was virtually pain free and just about "back to normal." This was a truly individualized physical therapy plan from an experienced and knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend A Step Ahead Physical Therapy.

Great therapy place and team. They customized my PT on my knee based on my goals and travel schedule. My knee got much better after 6 weeks and was able to get “discharged” on time and my goals were met. Awesome team!

The staff and therapists at A Step Ahead Physical Therapy are phenomenal. They are professionals who truly care about the entire patient experience. They greatly improved a difficult case of tennis elbow. And when there was an error with my account, they took responsibility and quickly cleared up the matter. Highly recommend!

With a very painful lower back and screaming sciatica, I came to A Step Ahead with some hope and lot of uneasiness. I was greeted with a genuinely cheerful smile and I was immediately reassured. Brad led me through the PT exercises that gradually improved the condition. Anticipating a long car ride over the holidays, Amy suggested "dry needling". David applied that therapy and my pain and sciatica disappeared immediately. I just can't thank Brad and Amy and David enough. They are all professional, polite, and encouraging. Truly.

Love this place. In the past I have gone to other physical therapists. You were passed around from one therapist to another. At “ A Step Ahead” you see the same PT each visit. They are so caring, always on time, figure out your needs and help you achieve your goals. I recommend them to all of me friends.

My wife had to have extensive treatment for back and leg problems. Amy was her therapist, and she was very helpful. She was professional and is excellent at finding just the right way to treat when others have come up short.
