Blake Hill Preserves

So many delicious things to choose from. I wanted to take one of each home! Everyone was really friendly and helpful with suggestions about pairing what jams to serve with what types of food. They boxed up a gift set for our friends and tied a nice bow around it with recipes and a thank you card. Definitely stopping here again!

Blake Hill Preserves is such a sweet shop! The customer service is incredible. You can try any flavors of jams before purchasing. The "flight" is a clever idea; where you choose 3 flavors to try and they add 3 more to it. Don't worry though, they will let you try whatever you want to. The jams are delicious! This shop is located in a neat little area that reminds me of Deep South Glass in the movie Sweet Home Alabama!

This shop is a hidden 💎! We stopped by based on other google reviews and were so happy we did!
The staff was very helpful. We were curious about many flavors of the preserves and the ladies suggested for us to try the “the flight” tasting experience where you choose 3 flavors you want to try and they add 3 surprise flavors for you. My 10 year old enjoyed making her selections and going through the tasting independently.
We end up buying a variety of preserves and looking forward to trying them at home with cheeses and in some recipes!
The great thing is if you like what you bought and wants to buy more, you dont have to come back to VT but simply can order more online 💁‍♀

My review is for the company itself, as I’ve not had the chance (yet!) to visit the store in person. Can confirm that their customer service and shipping are phenomenal, though! I found out about Blake Hill Preserves while vacationing in Vermont a few months ago, during a sampling event at King Arthur. We bought 2 jams that day (lemon and holiday), lemon is fantastic and I used the holiday flavor in my Christmas Linzer cookies and everyone loved the jam flavor! Nothing but compliments. We also love the peach jam for charcuterie. I just used their naked raspberry jam in my Valentine’s cookies and it’s another hit! I live in Florida and I’m so very glad they ship, because now my family is hooked. :)

Absolutely loved finding this place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They provided samples for anything I desired to try. The products are delicious and I appreciate the great taste of the naked varieties. I live several states away but I've looked online so I know I can order more when I run out. I only wish they sold the honey online.

We stopped in the shop not knowing a thing about the store/brand. The staff were super-friendly and helpful in sharing details and making recommendations. We left with a bag full of jars. All have been excellent! Our family and friends have all commented how much they enjoy the cranberry medley, heirloom apple, and the apricot preserves.

A must when you're close by. From Sweet to Savory... they have it all. You can even create your own sampler pack so no need to decide on a fave!

Loved this place. We bought 3 jams. The sales person was super kind and allowed us to try a bunch of different types of jams as well as provided recommendations on what to put them on. I really enjoyed looking through the varieties they had.

I stopped by for the first time recently. The store clerk was extremely friendly & welcoming and offered us some baked goods that were made using some of the jams. You can also sample any of the jam/preserve flavors. Quite impressed by the shop!

Great spot, employees were super friendly, store was nice & clean. Oh, and the jams are fantastic quality! Two thumbs up.

We just had the apricot & orange chutney with roast pork tenderloin and sweet potatoes accompanied by a nice Zinfandel. The combination of savory seasoning on the roast pork and the sweet Smokey flavor of the chutney just exploded with the bold peppery Zinfandel! So good! No leftovers!

I've been eating Blake Hill preserves for years. These have to be some of the best anywhere in the U.S. There is a Huge selection.
However, they are very expensive at this location. Probably 30% more then other places I've bought then. I'd just as soon skip the custom sack and gift paper for a more consumer friendly and fair price.

Wonderful shop to stop in and sample an array of preserves, offering a full range from savory to sweet. Really friendly staff who are generous with the samples and work to provide you with a nice range of samples to try their products.

Tasted every single preserve and chutney. Impossible to choose. I recommend buying all of them. The Persian lime and orange bourbon marmalades are to die for. Also love the plum, port and anise preserves. Don’t leave without tasting everything.

Unique and tasteful preserves. Unique flavors and extraordinaryly friendly staff. Very helpful and they will provide samples and make recommendations. Great place to visit in an artistian's park. Lots to see here.

A lovely shop with terrific staff. We purchased the Apple Orchard and Ale Chutney which is delightful on top of pork chops !
