This is a beautiful store with a high-end selection of glass, ceramic, and wood creations. I bought a beautiful twisted glass tree and was able to have it shipped home from the store. The glass blowing demonstrations were extremely interesting, and the artists were friendly and informative. I wish the restaurant had been open because I've heard wonderful things about it. This location is next to the beautiful picturesque Ottaquechee river.

My wife and I did some Xmas shopping at SP Outlet in Windsor yesterday. Amanda was manning the store all by herself. The store itself is beautiful and bright; full of amazing products but it was Amanda who shined the most with her ebullient personality. Amanda is one of those people who just makes the world a brighter place. We bought a quite a few things and she cleaned and wrapped each piece with such care. We live in Westport, CT where there’s an SP store and I have to say that SP does have a knack for hiring very welcoming staff at their retail stores. Bravo and Happy Thanksgiving Amanda. We thank you for your wonderful spirit and all your service yesterday.

Such an amazing experience watching the craftsmen at work. Most in well-timed pairs where an apprentice starts the process with molten glass and the master turns it into a work of art. It's incredible watching the processes involved. This time there was one solo craftsman creating sailboats too

Wow, the glass work and pottery done here is amazing. It's really cool to be able to see the making pottery. But especially making the blown glass. It's definitely hot to watch but worth it.

Wow, amazing hand crafted glass work. Each piece is a work of art. Worthwhile stop, and you can watch the production floor from a catwalk.

Amazing place! Went to the showroom and saw all the amazing items they have for sale. Then had a tour on the upper level of the plant and got to watch the Craftsmen make pieces out of molten glass. Self-guided tour was excellent lots of stopping points to read about tools and the building and the trade.

Beautiful glass ware! Fascinating to watch artisans creating glassware. Even the seconds that were for sale were exquisite. I have been several times before and have loved it each time.

Had a great experience at this place, came in with the family while on vacation, when you walk in there they have a viewing area where you can watch them blowing the glass and forming all sorts of shapes and designs, kids and adults alike were fascinated with the work they do there, upstairs they have all their products /samples for sale as well as the 'seconds' for a cheaper price and they have a balcony view of the factory. All in all very nice people and a great experience!

The most extraordinary glass... with amazing clarity..... pure beauty! Great place to shop but also to see how each piece is hand-blown and created. Any visit to Windsor should include a stop at Simon Pearce!

With it's beautiful glasswork, pottery, and linens, we make Simon Pearce a stop every time we can get to Vermont. (Confession - we have family in VT making that the biggest draw, but then its Simon Pearce! LOL) We love the craftsmanship combined with the artistry of newer pieces and techniques they utilize. Seeing pieces individually handmade on the production floor is an amazing joy for us. First time visitors/buyers should know this is fine craftsmanship, so prices reflect that. But one piece can be the treasure you love for generations to come. And if you are really uncomfortable with the prices, consider the still exquisite seconds they offer ... or just come to browse and enjoy their work.
