The Skinny Pancake Quechee

Second time here, first time since the pandemic times. Slight wait to be seated (about 15 minutes). Nice, large booths.
When seated, you’re instructed to place your order when ready using the table QR code (alternatively you can order at the counter). Food is brought out to your table when ready.
Restaurant was busy, so it did take a little while to be served, but we received our beverage orders timely.
Food was very good. I had a savory pulled pork crepe (The Johnny), my husband had Noah’s Ark, and my son had the egg sausage bacon and apple crepe. Side ordered hash browns and the roasted beets and sweet potatoes with chèvre. Food served hot. Unfortunately no room for the sweet dessert crepes.
You pay online where you ordered when ready. Easy process.

A good experience! We stopped for breakfast while visiting Woodstock. Hubby got eat your greens salad, I got the Noah's Arc and hot chocolate with hazelnut. The crepes were yummy! Eggs cook very well, the salad was excellent and fresh. Hot chocolate was so delicious! Perfect for a very cold day! We would go back.

I got the monster crepe. Great vegetarian option, big on flavor. Coffee is self serve which I like because you get to try both the dark and light roast to determine which one is better.

Our server allowed us to sit for a moment to finish our drinks when our meal was done. I appreciate not being rushed out.

This place is amazing! Has a wide range of options , very accommodating. You can order via app or in person. Both options give you the ability to customize your order to whatever you prefer. I ordered a savory crepe and poutine. Crepe was delicious and very filling. Poutine was amazing!!! Fries were crispy, delicious gravy and melty cheese! Everything came out fast, it was fresh and delicious! Staff were very friendly and ambiance was amazing. Will definitely come back again!

Very friendly staff, another waitress would check on me as well as my own. They seated me right away and I didn’t have to wait for my food.
They have vegan options! I ordered the vegan savory crepe and it was very good.

The best little crêperie there ever was! If you can stop here on the way to or after your adventures in Quechee to grab a delicious meal I would! The seasonal raspberry tea is to die for.

so we have been driving by for years and finally timing worked to stop. I love a crepe. anyway...... once you get past the weirdness of ordering and understanding the flow; the food that comes out is INSANE. I had the Noah's ark and my husband had the breakfast Sammy. it is by far one of my favorite breakfasts and my husband said the best breakfast sandwich he has ever had. the last one he had that took that spot was years ago at a diner that we have never found again by mystic. bacon comes EXACTLY as you order. eggs perfectly prepared for each requested type home fries= flawless. service was super helpful and kind. we made a mistake on the bread types and they remade my husband's ENTIRE plate. classy behavior

Nice looking restaurant with tons of seating available. Ordering was easy and we liked the self serve coffee and water bar. The portions were large and our plates were brought to our table piping hot and fresh. Everything we had was delicious and our server was friendly too! We only wish they were open for dinner hours too.

I ate here with my husband and four kids. The food is priced somewhere in the middle, but the crepes were pretty decent, and portions were pretty big! It was well worth the money. The kids meals are also well worth it. I also ordered a maple latte, and it was very well made. Everything was well stirred, so i didn't have the problem where all of the maple syrup goes to the bottom. I also had my latte made with oat milk, and it tasted great! I also liked the more natural ingredients being used by them. I will definitely be coming back with the family. We did eat-in and takeout the next day, and i will say that the takeout service is incredibly fast.

This place is AMAZING! I brought my husband here so we could try something new and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I ordered the Heartbreaker crepe and it's phenomenal. Every time I've gotten a crepe somewhere else it's been soggy but skinny pancake makes them perfectly! My husband got the smash burger, poutine, and home fries all of which where delicious. Then to top it all off the maple shake (with real maple syrup!) And the lemonade were so good we can't wait to go back!

Food was quite delicious and filling. A reservation is recommended especially if you have a larger group. You’d need to order at the counter and you get served at your table. Service was great and food arrived quickly even though they were quite busy. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this place! Nice decor and service! I'd highly recommend the pulled pork crepe (aka the Johnny Crepe). As for the Choco nutty sweet crepe, all I can say is that it was a total foodgasm moment! Would visit again!!

On my second visit, I took the chicken pesto savory crepe, and it was sooo good, I still think about it often!

My first ever crepe and it was delicious. There’s so many crepe options to choose from here, and breakfast is served all day!! Possibly the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. Love the vibe and service!

If you’re a foodie this place is worth a special trip just to eat here! The Skinny Pancake is just phenomenal!!! I had a cold cider to drink and it was delicious! My husband and I split the lovemaker crepe and the breakfast monster! The staff was fantastic and the general manager Amy was bomb diggity! The art work is fresh and vibrant and place is comfortable and welcoming! This place is just WOW!!!! It was so amazing I can’t wait to go back!

The K-Pop savory crepe with pulled beef, the pulled pork burger also hit the right spot.

Lastly, the blue berry frume cake was delicious.

Food and service were amazing. The atmosphere was nice. It was our first time in Vermont and the first place we ate there so we were off to a good start.

Super cute spot. Great atmosphere, very fair prices, and the crepes are amazing! If you have food allergies, they’re super careful. Specifically, I’m celiac and they made me savory buckwheat crepes with bbq pulled pork and it was out of this world!

Amazing little place! The food options were great, perfect for specialized diet preferences. High quality ingredients and tasty combinations made for an excellent lunch. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

Breakfast at 7:45 on a Wednesday. No crowds or noise. Apples & Brie and DejaVu. Excellent coffee. Very adequate portions. Limited service as the server was also the host and the busser. If you are expecting full restaurant service (as a couple of reviewers were) don't go here. If you are looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere this is the place for you. We will be back.

Good fun, good atmosphere. You can order at the counter or using a QR code. Service was fast and there were plenty of food options. I wish I had realized that there was water near the coffee for free, rather than ordering a beverage. We ordered the kids burger, Paddington, and the Breakfast Monster.
