When the website was not crediting my coupon code properly, the store was quick to take my phone call and offer to take care of it in person. I arrived to find the items set aside by the register, the clerk took my credit card, had me show the coupon on my phone to scan, and I was done, with the proper credit. Couldn't have been easier (since I had already selected the items I wanted in the website, so had the product SKU's when they asked for them on the phone, and would have picked up the items in person in any case, as it's nearby)

I always enjoy going to the Aubuchon hardware store in Windsor. They almost always have exactly what I need and know where to find it in the store. The store is not huge and I feel more comfortable looking for things in a smaller space.

This is a rather tiny local hardware, paint, gardening and DIY Home Repair Store. However, the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have gone in looking for something, and just have been unable to locate it either amongst all of the over-crowded shelves. Sometimes, I'll have searched for an item in all the other local stores, and decide to check there before I give up entirely only to find out that they have had it all along. Never be afraid to ask the staff for help in locating an item that you may be looking for. They are always helpful, and often seem to find exactly what you've just looked all over the store for in a matter of seconds.

I knew what I was looking for and found the item right away. The store manager was very nice and helpful. I saved money on my purchase! I like Aubuchon Hardware. I am glad we have this store in Windsor, Vermont!

I appreciate this small-town hardware store. The place is well-stocked, prices are fair compared to big-box stores, staff if smart, friendly, and very helpful. We are fortunate to have Aubuchon in Windsor, VT.

Over the years I have found that this Aubuchon can be relied upon to have the items I need when I come up short and would rather drive 6 miles than 12-15 to the closest big box store. Staff are friendly and helpful.
